The interior was very colorful and with a nice theme. The book shelf and the sofa was also good. I wish we could have enjoyed it more. We appreciated the ceramic pan instead of PFAS one.
Carrying suitcase to/from the room was difficult. There were no tissues. The bins in the living room/kitchen should be marked for recycling. We were unsure which to use.

Perfect location for everything, attractions, restaurants, shops etc. the host is very nice to wait for us outside of the apartment. The apartment is quiet and clean. Definitely recommend.

We are a couple and stayed for three nights over new year's eve.
This has to be the best Apartment in town! Seriously! It was our second time in Cesky Krumlov, but the first time in Apartment 23, but it won't be the last time, for sure.
The apartment is located directly in the city center. On the main floor is a shop and over a staircase you reach the third floor where the apartment is located. It is the only apartment in the building, so when the shop closes in the evening, it's very quiet too (not that it would be loud during day).
The whole apartment has a very cozy yet modern vibe. Everything was clean and it has all the equipment you could ask for. Even some not used groceries from previous visitors were there to be taken. The owner was very kind and showed us everything. We even got a bottle of sparkling wine as a present.

Martina was incredibly welcoming and flexible. You can see the castle out the windows and the apartment is right in the middle of everything. Highly recommend this for a base in the amazing Cesky Krumlov.

This apartment is located right off the main square, even though you are right in the center, it is peaceful, and perfectly furnished with all you might need. The hosts were super help full, and friendly!

The apartment is in the center yet quiet. Spacious, with all the necessary amenities. Kitchen was well equipped, so was the bathroom. I enjoyed the selection of the books, they are in variety of languages (mainly in Czech and English). The bed was comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful. The seating area was comfortable. I would highly recommend this place for a solo traveler or a couple.
I liked it all. The apartment wouldn't be good for those who have difficulty with stairs as this is an attic apartment and some of the stairs are steep.

This is an attic on 3rd floor without an elevator. Not suitable for those who have big and heavy luggages.
The apartment is in a car-free zone and you need to park your car in one of the public parkings (you can buy a daily-based parking ticket which is 250 CZK in the tourist office), then bring your luggages by hand. You cannot park in front of the apartment just for dropping or loading your luggages. In mid August, we used P5 instead of P1 (the closest one but often full in high season). It is recommended to study in advance where are these parkings on the Google map by yourselves. We asked the owner the information about parking but we could not get really useful tips.
There is a dishwasher but you need to bring your own tablet or detergent.
Owner's was a bit businesslike person.

The owners are amazing, very helpful. Right in the heart of the old town and so close to everything. The city is so much more enjoyable once the day tourists go home.
Not ideal for a tall person. Knocked my head numerous times going down the stairs and on the sides of the appartment
