Very unique and special apartment. Great location by the river and close to lots of restaurants and cafe. Its on the ground floor so very convenient for people with big luggage.

In front of PARAL, we can see the lake and other people. And we can see the top of the crumlov. The house is so nice. Insidr of the house is like a art museum. That is the reason i like that house. It was a great vacation on last weekend.
There is no shaving knife. And i left the neck pillow inside, but the owner didn't come again so i was give ip. Don't forget your stuff at the house..:(

Great location by the river and in center of town. Very peaceful and quiet. The apartment is stunning and full of interesting art and books. There is no oven or stove but there is a coffee machine and fridge. Great place for a short romantic stay.

Very cozy, artistic and interesting property on a quiet street in Cesky Krumlov. Great location!
Hard to say it because the place is fantastic. But if Im trying to be picky about it, I would say during night its possible to hear the bell from the church that disturbed my girlfriends sleep. On the other hand, I didnt hear a thing :)

Excellent location and unique atmosphere. Free parking available in a car park, which was a short drive from the apartment.
Kitchenette was not quite what I expected. For me the pillows were not comfortable.

It was different, it is just not a classical apartment. It is very nice for romantic escape for weekend with your love one! We went as family, it was a pity but kids had fun taking bath in living room
Position is just great, next to river and 100 m from first bar and restaurant..
Very nice experience.
I wouldnt recommend it for long stay ( more than a week) but it depends on personality.

The apartment was as beautiful as advertised. The owner met us at the appointed time and we received the keys and extra help driving through town to find the ATM. He was a great host! We would highly recommend this place.

Old world charm meets modern art. Fabulous one-of-a kind artistic place, wonderful decor, friendly greeter (artist's son). Beautiful setting, river view, comfortable bed, modern bathroom, excellent location.
