Clean apartment with everything you need for your short stay (iron with board and umbrellas came in handy), very well equipped kitchen, calm neighbourhood.

Nice historic house, room perfect, kitchen ok with sufficient utensils to manage basic cooking. Comfortable, quiet, interesting. I reached late and arrangements were made so I could take the room outside the opening hours of the office, which is situated about 300 meters away in a coffee shop. The staff is friendly and being there feels homely
There is some confusion about breakfast - breakfast can be taken with an additional charge at the coffeeshop/ office 300 meters away.

Our flat was located on a very quiet street within walking distance to the Reception desk. Location is very good - few blocks from bus and tram stop and a pleasent 30 minute walk to the historic part of the city. Breakfast is delicious (buffet style) and the hosts are wonderful. You can communicate in English and German with them. Highly recommended as a place to stay in Brno and explore nearby villages to visit caves and castles. Brno itself is a beautiful place to visit.

I stayed here for two nights by myself. It is one of the nicest spots I have ever stayed at and definitely the most beautiful pension in Central Europe. Everything was spectacular: such lovely hosts/owners; the breakfast was top notch; and the Villa is really something to behold--a true taste of old world Europe. I cannot offer a stronger recommendation for this wonderful hidden gem in one of Europe's most underrated cities.

A really great place to stay. We arrived by train, just outside the station catch tram 4 going to the right, after 10 minutes or so it does a sharp right which is where you get off. The owners also have a Pension which you reach first, to pick up keys and have breakfast (7-9, 8-9 at weekends) which is also really good and varied. The house is impecable and full of surprises, as well as the common spaces there's also a garden, which we didn't visit. 7 guest rooms in total. As with the rest of the house the room was decorated to a high standard including a desk and good Internet access. Quiet location. Would definitely return, and it would be interesting to stay in their Pension if it's refurbished to this high a standard.
This was one of the nicest places we've stayed. Check in was a bit late at 16.00, we couldn't get in early, so we left our bags in the station left luggage. We're travelling for 2 months and don't bother unpacking fully, but we noticed that while there were hooks to hang coats, but no wardrobe or drawers in our room.

The receptionis was really nice. The hotel lok really good. Ti was East to get to the hotel from train station. Thby have everything that is needed.

Good location and very nice building. We had the one bedroom unit which gave us just a bit more space. Common area was nice but limited for our family. plus we were conscious of noise.
Kitchen was really not much of a kitchen other than a hot plate. Limited our ability to cook.

The Villa was very elegant and cozy,furnished with all antique furniture. The apartment (more modern) was very clean, comfortable and equipped with all the accessories, both for the kitchen and the bathroom.
In particular, the kitchen was complete with dishes, cups and glasses and it was even possible to make coffee and tea since it was already provided by the staff!
Also convenient was the location very close to the tram stop that takes you in the city center in 10 Min.
All very nice!
The only problem was the breakfast that, although it was included in the price, we could not use it due to incompatibility of schedules: it would have been more convenient to have a wider time range instead of only one hour early in the morning.
And for that matter it would have been more convenient to have breakfast directly in the villa and not in the bar 300 Mt away.
But from the photos it looked like a very good breakfast.
