The apartment was warm and cozy and spacious.
The check-in formalities had to be completed in a different building, which was approximately. 800 meters or more from the accommodation site.
The communication from the host was in the local language. As a result, I could not translate their last message in time to understand they have a different check-in process.
Parking within the private parking area was not good. I was given a very confined space for parking and I had a large car so it was a struggle to get us in.

The location was extremely handy for us. Quiet but near trams and a short distance from town. The house was very nice and spotlessly clean. Three days into our stay someone came and brought fresh towels which was very handy. Checking in and out was easy. The room had all the facilities and was nice and spacious. It included a fan and the kitchenette had brand new pots and pans. Plenty of electrical outlets.
A bracket to hold the shower head higher up on the wall so that you can stand under the shower and be hands free would be very useful. Our room had twin beds and there was a box/shelf over the head of each bed. The box was too low for sitting up in bed and reading and I did not like the idea of sleeping under a box in case I got up in the night and hit my head on it. So I had to sleep the other way around. A tiny bedside light sat in the box, but because the light was inside the box and very dim, it was no good at all for reading. I think the boxes should go (maybe put them in the kitchen to hold mugs) and replace them with a small bedside table with a decent taller bedside lamp instead. There is room by moving the table and chairs a little bit.

Clean apartment with everything you need for your short stay (iron with board and umbrellas came in handy), very well equipped kitchen, calm neighbourhood.

Nice historic house, room perfect, kitchen ok with sufficient utensils to manage basic cooking. Comfortable, quiet, interesting.
I reached late and arrangements were made so I could take the room outside the opening hours of the office, which is situated about 300 meters away in a coffee shop. The staff is friendly and being there feels homely
There is some confusion about breakfast - breakfast can be taken with an additional charge at the coffeeshop/ office 300 meters away.

Our flat was located on a very quiet street within walking distance to the Reception desk. Location is very good - few blocks from bus and tram stop and a pleasent 30 minute walk to the historic part of the city. Breakfast is delicious (buffet style) and the hosts are wonderful. You can communicate in English and German with them. Highly recommended as a place to stay in Brno and explore nearby villages to visit caves and castles. Brno itself is a beautiful place to visit.

I stayed here for two nights by myself. It is one of the nicest spots I have ever stayed at and definitely the most beautiful pension in Central Europe. Everything was spectacular: such lovely hosts/owners; the breakfast was top notch; and the Villa is really something to behold--a true taste of old world Europe. I cannot offer a stronger recommendation for this wonderful hidden gem in one of Europe's most underrated cities.

A really great place to stay. We arrived by train, just outside the station catch tram 4 going to the right, after 10 minutes or so it does a sharp right which is where you get off. The owners also have a Pension which you reach first, to pick up keys and have breakfast (7-9, 8-9 at weekends) which is also really good and varied. The house is impecable and full of surprises, as well as the common spaces there's also a garden, which we didn't visit. 7 guest rooms in total. As with the rest of the house the room was decorated to a high standard including a desk and good Internet access. Quiet location. Would definitely return, and it would be interesting to stay in their Pension if it's refurbished to this high a standard.
This was one of the nicest places we've stayed. Check in was a bit late at 16.00, we couldn't get in early, so we left our bags in the station left luggage. We're travelling for 2 months and don't bother unpacking fully, but we noticed that while there were hooks to hang coats, but no wardrobe or drawers in our room.
