Disappointing
Location is excellent. Free parking with a lot of parking slots. Room is clean. Very quiet ambience.
There is no kettler in the room. Power sockets are not close to the bed. Bathroom: the smallest sink I have ever seen, there is no shower gel and got 7ml of shampoo per person.

The beds were comfortable.
The room was clean.
Staff was friendly.
The location of the hotel is beside the factory therefore not a very nice surroundings.
The room was with a sloping roof which made room smaller.
The slices of the pastry at breakfast buffet were very thin.

- Great location - one tram stop away from Brno's historic center
- Ample secure parking on site

Good location, convenient parking on location, good breakfast. No AC but the provided fan really helped
The hot water in the shower is REALLY hot and it does not take much effort to get it from comfortable to instant scalding, so be careful. Also be careful touching the metal of the faucet on the hot side, because it will burn.

Good price, nice breakfast, closed parking area.
The area is not too nice, a little bit creepy if you're coming back in the evening when it's dark.
No restaurants close by.
We stayed on the top floor so even though it is April, it was very warm in the room which does not have AC, only a fan. Also no mosquito net on the windows, so you can only open them once all the lights are switched off.
Only one handsoap in the bathroom, which is really not convenient for smaller kids when they want to take a shower.
The tables were not really cleaned regularely in the breakfast area.

The city centre is ca. 15-20 minutes of walk, or the nearest tram stop is ca. 5 minutes from the hotel.
Rooms were comfortable and clean.
There was a shared fridge on the corridor.
Closed free parking on site.
The breakfast was a bit boring.

I booked this place for the secure parking primarily. Rooms were simple and clean, with good bathroom and linens Breakfast was sufficient.
Location was in quite an industrial area about 15mins walk from the city center.

The good part was that we had breakfast (not very large variety) and also the rooms were spacious.
The location was very shady, far from centre. Also, the fridge was on the hallway for the whole floor. The walls were thin, you could hear the neighbours. Also, the lady who took care of the breakfast was so unfriendly, she could not speak in english and shouted at us s we could not understand her.

Very helpful and friendly reception service. Great price to value ratio - very close to the city centre, car park is free and the breakfast included. Also, the shower is great - water stream power is strong, and the temperature can be set to hot.
The fact that the gates are closed at the same time as the breakfast ends - at 10:00. You cannot depart later than that.
