A blind pick of a hotel in the Brno city center ended up beyond all my expectations! Upon my arrival, the receptionist smiled and mentioned, ah, the room with jacuzzi, and led me to the top floor. Cozy, tiny room with a spatious bathroom, view of the town hall and a great feel to it. The genius loci is wonderful, staff super helpful and kind. Breakfast is wonderful, a classic selection of "continental" self-service menu plus lovely coffees, teas and juices. Every day, there was a selection of sweed pastries or homemade cakes! Brilliant! When in Brno, I shall return! :) Thank you
A very soft mattress - being a sleeper on a hard surface, the few days on a soft mattress did not agree with me very much. The rest, however, compensated for the slightly achy mornings! :)

Great hotel, very nice design:)
At first I got a room that I didn't like, but the staff at the reception helped and I moved to a better room the next day.
The location is wonderful.
I would come again next time:)
No kettle, just a coffee machine in the room.

Disappointing
Location of the hotel is very good, enterer is nice, breakfast was ok, rooms are tidy and comfortable to rest.
Personnel at reception should be better trained. Slippers were not available for sale but taking in consideration the floor in the rooms and bathroom, would be necessary to offer.

Quirky decor and very comfortable bed. The bathroom was great too, with a nice bathtub and good quality shower/bath gel and shampoo.
The pipes or air con were noisy at night (not sure what it was, just a rushing water sound).

The hotel is very well located in downtown and close to main touristic attractions.
Shopping mall is just next door.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was tasty and a bit variable.
Beds were quite soft, more than we're used to.
The room light was more like ambient.
The pub across the street was source of loud noise until late night.
Parking is a bit peculiar. However, the nearby zone B offers free parking over weekends.

Everything, the room was really nice and comfortable. And the staff was super friendly, specially the gentleman with the long hair that welcomed us when we arrived, an absolute sweetheart. The breakfast was very good as well. We were sad to leave!

The Hotel is located 20 meters from the central square of Brno.
The hotel has a royal atmosphere and furnishings. Completely contemporary furnishings and atmosphere.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Lovely building with stainglass windows as a feature.
Good breakfast and helpful staff.
As it's an old building there are a few things that can go wrong.
The system for entering and leaving late at night is a little cumbersome.
The person who put the poorly executed clown paintings each side of the saint on 4th floor needs shooting!

Great value for money. Good breakfast, excellent location, interesting historical building. The antique clocks in the staircases are a nice decorative touch.
