The staff very really nice, polite and accommodating.
The was hair in the bathroom, both in the bath and on the toilet seat.
There was hair in the room, hair tie right next to the writing desk. The room smelled of anti-moth treatment.

The location is great, in the proper city center. This being the old town, mind the word ‘old’, so is the hotel’s setup. You can hear everything, from the staff in the lobby/breakfast area, all the way to the street outside the double windows. The bed is super comfortable, as are the pillows. Clean and well equipped toilets. The staff is absolutely fantastic, friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a beautiful antique style. I enjoyed my stay in a gorgeous mood. The building seems old, by clean. The lady at the reception was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.
