Wonderful
Initially booked for two nights, I stayed for four! The pension is easily accessible from the tram line (tram no. 8 from Hlavn Nadra) in a nice quiet suburb. Breakfast good, and the pub/restaurant also good value, especially if you want authentic Czech grub!
My room was an attic room and the weather was exceptionally hot while I was in Brno, so the room did get very warm, though a decent fan WAS provided, so it was bearable.

Near the place we found really cozy and good restaurant
Reception was in dark restaurant/bar, bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky, lack of cleanliness, beakfast was really poor, for excample 1 person got 2 sausages and mustard, 100 % not worth the price

The location was ok. The restaurant in the evening had some nice meals.
Very basic. Poor breakfast menu. A choice of ham & cheese or scrambled egg! They also made me move rooms after my first night. And on the third day they asked me to pay for my accommodation that I had already paid for! Awkward moment making me feel uncomfortable. On my last day I refused breakfast as I just wanted to get out!

Clean, large room with plenty of bedding and clean towels. Helpful staff and proximity to the tram - very easy to get into the town centre at low cost.
No blinds on several windows meant early waking - take an eye mask! Helpful and kind staff on the whole, a slightly embarrassing moment in the evening where I misunderstood the tipping policy, adding 10% is appreciated as I think the 10% mentioned on the bill was VAT.

Not so clean, dust and some trash in room, very cold in room in mid may - no heating maybe because it was spring but outside was just 10 degrees celsius during the day, some loud noises in the wall or on the roof or somewhere which woke us up all night

Love the restaurant, rooms are simple, clear enough comfortable. Cost/value perfect.
At breakfast no bread or something else for gluten intolerants. But its not mistake just a regard.

Easily to get in during the late evening - chip locking the door. The stuff was nice...
Bad smalt in the bathroom... When you enter the room the smelt hit you in the nose, after losing door the bathroom it was ok...

I liked the pub downstairs.
Rooms realy need to be refurbished. The mattress was terrible. Parking on the street is difficult.
