Breakfast was good, Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and functional. Location is OK, 15 minutes max from city center with the tram or taxi (cheap).
We were staying at the hotel from 30.12.2025. - 2.1.2026. We went to Brno for New Year's Eve + few days.
When we arrived at the hotel we found out that there will be no breakfast served on 1.1.2026. because it's a public holiday and no one is working. For compensation we got a bottle of sparkling wine.
I find this unacceptable for multiple reasons:
-When I booked the hotel, the breakfast was included in the price. If I knew in advance that the breakfast won't be served on 1.1.2026., I'd probably look for another hotel.
-We got wine as a compensation instead of breakfast. Compensation is maybe a good idea in this case, but come on - you're not serving breakfast on 1.1.2026. and offering your guests wine instead. How ridicolous is that? I want to eat something for breakfast (and I payed for it), not drink wine. I appreciate the gesture of compensation, but not with wine.
Sandwiches prepared in advance could've been a nice option as a compensation for example.
Additionally - I asked for a gluten free bread while booking the hotel. The hotel confirmed that they will take care of it. They didn't. They offered me rice crackers instead of gluten free bread.
Again, I can eat rice crackers, not a problem. But please, don't promise something that you can't fulfill.
Also, you can hear literally everything happening from the rooms next to yours because the walls are thin and sound isolation is not very good.

My 2nd stay here. A super clean new room, comfortable bed, secure parking inside the premises. Miss owner is extremely friendly and helpful. She sat in the car and came to open the main garage door for me when I was locked out. Outstanding.

Breakfast was good and included. Both the people working at reception during my check-in and checkout were super nice. Both went out of their way to help and answer any questions. Especially during the checkout I asked the receptionist if she could print out a document for me that I needed and she was super happy to help immediately without even asking. That's how I know this was a really welcoming place and people were super helpful.

Location is great,a few minutes from the tram stop or a good half hour walk from the center. Staff are very very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. We even got a HUGE pack of food as we left very early on our last day so we couldn't stay for breakfast.
Apartments super clean,bed comfy.
All in all highly recommended❤️

Very clean. Nice beds. And a huge plus is the warmth.
Тhe price for a double room is 70-80 euros for an 18-hour stay you should have disposable slippers for 30 cents.

Even though I was the only one in the place Monday morning, they prepared a full breakfast for me including scrambled eggs. And it was good to have a parking space in the locked yard.

The hotel is close to tram line 4 so it's convenient to go to the main train station and downtown area. It looks like the hotel was recently renovated. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good with lots of varieties. If your check-in time is outside the hotel's time frame, the hotel will send you detailed instructions on how to get your keys, which is very considerate.
There's no elevator and the stairs are kinda steep. The sound proofing was not very good, I could hear people in the next room watching TV. There's no 24 hour reception. Check-in starts at 4pm. We couldn't get in the hotel and leave our luggage.

The conditions hotel provided are as good as the reviews. I really liked my experience as staff are helpful, the conditions of the room was very good & the position of the hotel was very close to public transportation. As a person who visits for business, cost effectiveness of an experience is important for me. Point Pension provided that. I was hoping to experience a good sleep, 24 hours hot water with strong flow, strong wifi, clean & healthy breakfast, free parking lot and/or being close to public transport.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room and bathroom were spotless.
Everything was working well, was looking nice, and was clean.
We had check-in late and we took the key from a keybox.
Very good accommodation, I recommend.
Easy access to the city center with tram number 4.
the neighborhood does not feel quite safe at night, but we didn't have any problems.
