The room was fine. I was glad there was no TV. The location was perfect, and the place well run,.
Breakfast! like in a communist hostel fifty years ago - tiny individual portions of cheap provisions, polythene packets of salami and cheese with no knife or scissors to get at them. Breakfast in one's room should be simple but high-quality, like a fresh pastery from the bakery, a top-of-the-range yoghurt and a piece of good fruit. It wouldn't cost any more than a pile of cheap little bits and pieces of polythened cheese or salami (especially not for vegetarians).

Very beautiful, cosy and well furnished room. Location is perfect, very close to the city center but not noisy.
There was nothing I didn't really like except the insulation that wasn't good as I could the other guests in the other rooms nearby.

The location was great. Perfect for a day visit.
The room will bring you back in the days of East Germany. The smell of oil and food (i guess from the restaurant downstairs) will be accompaning you through out your stay, 24/7. The breakfast is also a whole new experience: you get store bought salami and cheese in your fridge and in the morning you will be promised fresh bread from a local bakary. Well, the bread is fresh like East Germany. The salamy is very cheep and I wont recomend eating it. A big bonus is the outside noice of drunk people singing through out the night.

The location is really good in the center of the city, the staff person was really nice.
For the breakfast they just put some salami and cheese in our mini fridge, with some butter and pudding, and then in the morning brought us some bread, which I found really not great.
The bathroom was basically falling apart, the shower stand was broken, the flush button as well.
Brno city center is relatively small, so the location advantage was not really a big deal.
So for the price I could have chosen a better place.

Location is amazing, in the middle of everything. If you like to open the windows during the night, you have to keep in mind that there is nightlife and it could be loud if you are not used to. Since there are not common areas the breakfast is at your room. Very well served, and they delivered fresh bread everyday at your door.
I am not a big fan of having breakfast in the room. Negative things is that there are bread crumbles all over the floor, and you have to do your dishes yourself. We did not know that you have to notify that you want your room cleaned in advanced ( I assume so since the room was not cleaned while we were there)

Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the location. The room was nicely sized for a single and I loved the in-room breakfast and the fact that the maid leaves bread on the door handle each morning!
If you have to use the elevator, be advised that no matter what you also need to climb at least one flight of stairs at each end. This was not a problem for me but some people may have a problem if stairs are a challenge, because the elevator is between the floors where the rooms are. I just used the stairs, even to bring my bike.

Entire place felt dirty. Toilet was not clean. Loud noises outside.

The location was excellent — right in the center — and the accommodation was clean and comfortable.
I expected a more variaty of food, like continental breakfast, cereals, fresh fruit juices, diffeent kind of breads, eating in a restaurant, istead, we got 2 bread rolls each morning and a pack of sliced cheese and bacon, and a small butter. I was disappointed, but I guess

The hotel was good with clean and comfortable rooms. It was even better than expected. The hotel was in a prime location, easy access to public transportation and close to most of the major attractions. There were great restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brno, Czech Republic.

Location is in the middle of the old Town. Every attraction is at a walkable distance. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Overall a nice place to stay comfortably.
Breakfast needs improvement on the quality front. There should be some options to choose from which can be given to the guest on his arrival. Not that what you put in my room, I have to eat it only.

The panzion is dog-friendly and NOT sound proof.
They do not know how to manage guests with dogs, so when dods are barking at night you hear all of it - becasue there is no sound isolation of any kind in the rooms.
So we "enjoyed" two dogs barking from 3 to 5 AM in one room, and them another from 7 AM in another room - totally sleepless night
