Great location as it was cloae to the square and cafes.
It was very noisy at night with people at cafes - talking and laughing to early in the morning. It would have helped if the place was soundproofed.

It was easy to find, very central. Liked the functional look of the furnishings.
Should have checked, but lack of TV was a non-bonus. Breakfast was a couple of bread rolls hung on the door handle each morning. No curtains so to speak, so room let in a fair bit of light. And building is surrounded by bars, so not the quietest til about 2am.

Located very close to many eateries and sights.
Easy walk from the bus station.
The reception staff are very helpful and polite.
Breakfast in your room is very generous.
The single room was large and very comfortable and quiet when windows shut.
It would be a hot room in summer as only a fan.
There are stairs which cannot be avoided despite a lift.

The Location is central near the theatre and main square, easily accessible from the train station by tram or foot. Breakfast is provided in the room with fresh bread delivered daily and other items - ham, cheese, fruit, yoghurts etc provided daily in the fridge.

The location of the accommodation was good. The breakfast adequate it was a nice touch that in the morning you have received fresh rolls.
The room was a bit run down. Everything in working order, but had little bit of worn out feeling.

Very central small apartment in a large apartment building, with a reception during the day. The delux room has a well-equipped kitchenette. Breakfast is provided in the room. Special requests were met.

Great location! Very nice staff, breakfast in room was just a lovely start to the day! Amazing value for money! And a balcony! What more could you ask for??
One tiny issue was that the holder for the shower head was missing a grip on one side but not major just had to hold the shower head, also the noise from the bar was very loud until gone 4am but thats not the hotels fault just something to be mindful of if not going for late night drinks!

- location in the city center, it was very comfortable for us because the place was amazing, we were right in the middle of the Brno, apartment was big, with two rooms and dinner room / kitchen - breakfast was in the fridge and we were able to prepare tasty breakfast (sweet, salty) by themself
- apartment could be more cleaner, f.e. dishes were not clean - basic ingredients for preparing breakfast that would be useful were missing (salt, pepper, oil)

Good value for money in the middle of Brno.
Very friendly staff. Rooms are sober but well equiped.
Minor, but you have to be aware that you are in a popular part of Brno. I was there in the weekend and though the room is well insulated you will hear some noise.

nice room for a short stay for one person, great location at the heart of the Oldtown. Really liked solution for breakfast - having it at your room, meaning you can eat it whenever you like or even outside the hotel.
a bit noisy during the night due to bars on the street, didn't disturb me so much, but might get problematic during summer if someone wants to sleep with the window open.
