Location, pool and sauna. It was as school was starting on a weekend, practilly only us using facilities besides one other couple. Clean enough but only stayed one night and the breakfast was fine for us two who don't have many dietary restrictions aside from reduction of lactose intake when possible, but their pancakes with Nutella and whip cream were hard not to order off of the breakfast menu. Would return after prior verification that steam rooms are ready for use.
Staff didn't manage to get the steam rooms working. Overall value for money and that parking is not included, but it was possible to park just down the street via puplic parking. I only put no it didn't meet my expectations because of steam rooms not turning on, otherwise accommodation was ideal as base to experience Brno.

The bed was extremely comfortable, breakfast was fine.
There is no lift, the car park is on a much lower level than the hotel, so if one has a lot of luggage, carrying it up could be difficult. The pool water was quite chilly. There are many faded, fake paintings in old-looking frames everywhere, with print lines across the 'painting'. The number of statues of naked women is off-putting. The light in the bathroom wasn't great.

Friendly staff, nice breakfasts, sauna and pool are nice additions. Nice and clean room and bathroom. Very nice garden and spacious parking. Highly recommended car travelers who don't need to stay in historical center.
No elevators so it might not suit for handicapped people

Excellent sauna, water in the pool a little too cold. The room is comfortable.
The hotel does not have an elevator, the parking fee was disappointing because the accommodation fee was high enough. Breakfast limited, but quiet good, but the coffee was terrible.

Location
All except location. This hotel is far to 4 star hotel. 2 stars, not more. It was promised to have a pool (when we booked it on the same day), but - what a surprise: unexpected problems. It was quite apparent that they didn`t want to open it due to so few gustes. Coffee terrible.

Great breakfast a la carte + buffet, great service in the restaurant. Luxuriously decorated rooms and stylish showers. Nice lady at the reception.
It's a "park hotel" and you need to pay quite a lot for the parking - intensely dislike this, and this is why I would not rate higher than 8.

Hotel is located on a big ground, composing of several connected buildings in a palace like style. The are is well kept. Our rooms were really spacious. Nice breakfast, nice swimming pool, fantastic sauna area.
