excellent value for money, comfy bed, clean room, good food, Coffee is excellent, they even have Illy decaf coffee with alternative milk selection.
the guy who prepared the omlette during breakfast was super unpolite and the food he prepared was gross with tons of oil, but I found other meals to eat which was good.

Everything was perfect. Very good breakfast. The spa we used in the evening, but we had very good time to relax. Thank you very much for birthday surprise to my son.

Friday was ruined by several hours of car racing and tire burning that continued until 1 a.m. Saturday brought loud music from the harbor lasting until midnight. If you need rest on weekends, this is not the place.

We loved the hotel. Our stay was so much better than we even expected. Children are so welcome here- small candies as welcome gift, shampoo specially for children, amazing kids club, nice pool. Breakfast was excellent, mimosa on breakfast was a nice touch. And Rituals prosucts at the bathroom was amazing. Bed was most comfortable I have slept. We will definatelly return here.

*Receptions girls and cleaning ladies were SUPER nice.
I forgot two jackets with my keys and some money in the pockets, and the receptionist was very kind and helped arrange delivery to my home. To be honest, I was expecting the money to be gone, but I was wrong!! I even got some souvenir cookies. ❤️
*Swimming pool was a bit crowded, too small for the size of the hotel, but its okay.
I had a kid and she loved it, but if i will be just with my couple the experience will be other ( too many kids on the pool lol)

The room, staff and and setting were all great. The spa has three saunas and a steam room, all spotless and working well, and a small swimming pool and hot tub. There's free coffee (from a good machine) from 7am-11am, and at breakfast they have barristas making real coffee, as well as takeaway bags so that you can take out snacks (or anything you want).
The location is great if you're into walking, with some great trails around the reservoir and nearby river.
The breakfast selection was quite limited.
While the setting on the reservoir is very pretty, it's a bit of a schlepp to get into town (half an hour or so on the tram), but there are nice local bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.
During the day, the swimming pool and small changing room are used a lot by young families. As part of the spa it's adult-only after 7pm, so quietens down then, but it can be a bit chaotic and noisy during the day.
