Everything is excellent
The restaurant is great but the morning nuggets lacks fresh fruits...also juices are from a box. For such an exquisite hotel is a must to have access to fresh fruits and freshly squeezed juices....

The location was good. The breakfast was OK. The staff spoke good English and were very helpful and nice.
Some days they didn’t clean my room. They could have turned on the coffee machine in the lobby much earlier.

Rooms were nice and clean, staff was exellent. They promptly changed our room which was close to the elevator and a little noisy. Food was very good.
Sauna had only a very small quiet room close to the gym. The main one is outside, which in winter is not so comfortable.

Lourdes the masseuse was amazing. I had a shoulder pain for months and a 20 minute massage with her basically cured me. I'll definitely be coming again to her. In general the rooms, spa, and kids corner was clean and comfortable.
We found a lot of the common areas like the buffet and pool to be very crowded and noisy. Maybe in the spring and summer when you can sit outside the experience will be better.

Excellent stuff, more than excellent breakfast- we did not experienced such various breakfast with such big choice in any other hotel, Spa was nice with good working hours , room was nice, big and clean. All was just perfect. Charging station for E-cars was at entrance. Excellent.

Stayed for a few days and were more than impressed. The room was spotless and cozy, with all the little details thought through: a comfortable bed, quiet air conditioning, and quality toiletries. Staff were kind and attentive—quick check-in and great local tips. Breakfast was tasty and varied, always replenished. The location is excellent: everything you need within walking distance, with easy access to transport and cafes. Wi-Fi was stable and fast. Fantastic value for money. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave. We’ll happily return and highly recommend this hotel!

Resort was very clean. Staff super friendly and spoke good English. Food was tasty, just wish had different food for breakfast each day we stayed. Rooms were air-conditioned which helped tremendously during the heatwave we experienced. Beds comfortable. Bathroom had quality toiletries. We got a room with great view for which im grateful to the staff, exactly what I asked for. Pool was good sized, clean and water was comfortable. Surroundings were great, short walk to the pier for some cold beer with a view. Across the lake were places you could swim, rent a paddle board, suntan. Highly recommend checking those. Short drive to the castle. Would come back again.

The hotel is located on a beautiful reservoir and has a lovely terrace restaurant overlooking the water. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional, and the accommodations were very clean and as described. We were particularly impressed with one of the staff at reception, Kveta, who was both efficient and friendly — not to mention, her English was exceptional which proved very helpful.
Everything was perfect!
