Wonderful
Lovely location by the lake. Comfortable room with great shower and Rituals cosmetics. Friendly staff and good food.

I liked the arrangement of the room, the bedding is very comfortable and soft, wonderful view of the lake. Restaurant offers very tasty meals for the good price. Additional advantage is a large parking lot. I havent seen the spa area but the staff on the entrance is very nice and welcoming, so hopefully next time!
There is still ongoing renovation visible from the entrance but the internal area is very nice. When renovations are finished I believe it will be 10/10... One little thing is that air conditioning is not very strong. During summer is may be not sufficient.

The hotel did not inform in advance that road was closed due to work and we should have followed alternative way, no indication was given but worst is that when we told to the lady at the reception she replied “maybe you were not informed because your room were booked via Booking” so what. we are not guest? The hotel is nice but to avoid in summer time.

Beautiful reservoir view from room and restaurant. Super comfortable beds. Excellent room facilities. Spa after 7pm (12+ only). Rituals toiletries. Incredible breakfast.
A bit of noise from current renovations but nothing too intrusive.

The room was bright and spacious, all very clean. We also had great view to the lake. I loved the young and very bright stuff. We was very satisfied with our stay! I would definitely visit again.

It was out second stay in this hotel. Kveta was honestly one of the highlights of our stay. She was so warm, helpful, and genuinely caring Every interaction with her was a pleasure, and she always greeted us with a smile and made us feel right at home. It’s rare to meet someone who brings so much kindness and positive energy to their work.
