We were traveling from Italy to Poland through Austria and Czechia and it was a great stop in the middle of the route. Very friendly staff, we were given a very nice room for us and our dog. Even when there was a problem with the dog barking being scared as he was left alone in the room for the diner, we got notified quickly that there was a complaint from the next room (sorry for the inconvenience!) and there was no aggressive communication - just information and polite question to solve it. In the end we were even given the option to sit with the dog in part of the restaurant as there were very little guests - and we appreciate that gesture a lot as dogs normally are not allowed into the dining area.
Also our furry friend god a toy as a welcoming gift :)
Very good quality of the food in the restaurant. Might need some more vegetarian options but it was great presentation and taste wise. I ate excellent duck breast with parsley puree. Delicious! The caramelized walnut was a cherry on top.
We were also lucky to snatch the last parking spot in front of the hotel so it was extremely convenient. Around the hotel is a nice green area where the dog could enjoy nature for a moment.
Only thing was that I did pick the one big single bed room version - we got two single beds. But it was ok - it was due to the traveling with the dog and special accommodation needed to be made.

Breakfast was good, with a decent selection. The bathroom was also well soundproofed, which gives you plenty of privacy when sharing the room with someone.
Unfortunately, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well, especially around the toilet and, most importantly, the toilet brush. The cleaning felt quite sloppy, and the brush itself was absolutely disgusting. It made me very uncomfortable having to use it.
I also injured my left arm when exiting the bathroom. The door was very heavy and kept closing on its own, and if you weren’t paying close attention, you could easily bump into the hard door handle. It was genuinely unpleasant having to constantly be careful around the bathroom door.
The shower was another major issue. The water kept suddenly switching back to cold, and the water pressure was incredibly low. Taking a shower wasn’t enjoyable at all. I had to constantly readjust the temperature, which became very frustrating.
Although the bathroom itself had good sound insulation and provided decent privacy, the room overall was unfortunately not well soundproofed. Perhaps this is because it’s an older building, but you could clearly hear people talking in the neighboring rooms. In my case, there was also a child next door who cried constantly, which made the stay extremely unpleasant. If you’re as sensitive to noise as I am, I would absolutely not recommend this hotel.
Lastly, the air conditioning system was unnecessarily confusing to use. It comes with a long instruction manual, yet even after reading it, the controls still make very little sense. Something as basic as adjusting the room temperature really shouldn’t be this complicated.
