Room was spacious with own really small fridge. Nice, big clean bathroom. Breakfast was woderfull with many options and great quality, best part is you can make yourself a takeaway snack.
Thare was a bit of confusion when registering second person at reception. Guide for air conditioning was not clear enough.

Staff was really nice. Location - if you want to visit a fair - we came for Vida - the hotel is located just at the opposite side of the road.
Parking place - it is paid and a bit far for walking with luggage. And you cannot arrive in front of the hotel - leave luggage and family there and park to another place.

The kids playing room and animation program are the best, my daughter had a very great time. The hotel is quite new and staff is friendly there with smooth check-in and check-out, their breakfast is absolutely delicious and wide variety of food for choice. The room is big enough with a balcony with great city view and it's really nice to see the hotel to prepare slippers (including for kids!) and also dedicated lotion, showgel for kids. The hotel is close to tram and bus stops. I will definitely choose this hotel again. This is the best hotel in the Czech republic in my opinion after having stayed more than 20+ hotels in Czech, especially for parents with kids.
