Good value for money, efficient staff, comfortable beds.
Breakfast is good but if you go at 6:30, expect a huge bus load of tourists fighting for coffee, food, and tables—a rather unpleasant experience. Better to have breakfast at 7:15 or 7:30 if possible, in peace and quiet.

Location for moto gp and the town. We were moved to Oreo Congress due to a problem with the air conditioning at Oreo Brno. No complaints though. Communication from the hotel about this was excellent

The breakfast was exceptionally good with lots to choose. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We went with the car, parking was behind the hotel and not very expensive, compared to city parking. The hotel was about 20min by foot away from city centre.
We got a room facing the street so it was quite a challenge to sleep longer, because cars made noise driving over train/tram tracks. Closing the windows was not an option as there were no AC in the room.

the room was clean
We arrived at 1 AM to find the parking lot completely full. After some stressful searching, we managed to find a spot by sheer luck. Check-in was fine.
The hotel looks rough from the outside, and the interior feels equally tired. Our room was clean, but the standard was extremely low. The furniture was worn and mismatched — it genuinely felt like the room had been pieced together from odds and ends found around the property.
The room was stuffy and poorly ventilated, making it difficult to settle in. Then, at 5:40 AM, deliveries started right outside our window — trucks reversing, beeping, and loading and unloading what appeared to be food, laundry, or hotel supplies. The noise was relentless and woke me up completely.
I couldn’t fall back asleep until 7:00 AM, which was essentially when we had to get up for breakfast and continue our journey anyway.
For the price, there are far better options in Brno. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Reception worked 24 hours, good personal. Breakfast was quite good.
Room was clean and look very similar to photos.
Overall, everything was fine and according to my expectations, but the property clearly hasn’t been renovated for a long time, which significantly affects the overall impressions.
Parking fee is quite high from my point of view but you don't have alternatives because city parking even more expensive. It's just a square behind the building and it's not something what you expect from "paid" parking
