Disappointing
Interesting retro style
Poor outdated facilities, the place feels like an old industrial communist conference hotel that has never been renovated. Walls peeling in the bathroom, dirty caulking, school cafeteria like breakfast, an old speaker on the wall that is falling apart, a tiny room with a balcony that connects to the adjacent room.

Good location. Spacy auto parking place nearby the hotel.
Hotel have auto parking place. But you must pay additionally. Breakfast was poor. As hot meal it was only two sousages or fried eggs. The hotel looks like dormitory.

-The restaurant should be open also in the evening, offering dinners.
-The fitting carpet in the room should be replaced by laminated floors.

Breakfast was excellent, far upon my expectances.
We could extend the parking time without extra fees on the last day of our stay. It was a great help for us.
The cushion was really comfortabe and were happy having a little fridge in our room.
Liked the view from the room as well.
The hotel is like a former hospital. The matrasse is smelly, it needs fresh air .

Everything is nice
Nice place , nice weather during the middle of July. The room is quit clean and cozy , people are friendly. The breakfast is very good ,fresh . Not too many things but everything there are nice !

For its price, Hotel Centrum Brno was wonderful. It is around a 5-10 min walk from the tram and the location is not hard to find. The breakfast was good, and there is a cafe right outside the hotel. It has a lovely patio and the rooms are comfortable.
This hotel seems like it used to be a sanatorium or a nursing home, so do not expect a luxurious hotel room.

There was no AC and neither fan. I requested for fan at reception but they say they didn’t have it. Room was roasting when we arrived.

Good value for the price, close location to center. This is a renovated student hall, offering bed and breakfast, basic, simple, cheap, don't expect 4 star hotel for this price. Perfect to sleep a few nights.
Although the bathroom is renovated with good materials, it is already falling appart due to bad installation. More cleaning in the corners and in the shower would be great.

The rooms were big and clean. The bathroom was clean and the staff was courteous. The gave us early checkin and it helped us a lot. The place is 5 to 6 min walk from the nearest tram station and takes 5 mins to reach city center. Its a great value for money place. We had taken breakfast option, however it was not that great. Nothing to complain though.

This hotel is renovated student dormitory. Rooms are newly furnished and bathroom was nice - renovated. Breakfast are held in a form of buffet in a canteen. The selection includes several pastries, hams, cheeses, eggs, sausage, cereals and some fruits/vegetables (surpassed my expectations given the price).
There was very strong chemical smell in my room, which I was not able to ventilate throughout my 1 day stay. It may be just the particular room (128), but it was really unpleasant. When I asked whether this is usual, the receptionist told me nobody ever complained about this, but given the nature and intensity of the smell I find that hard to believe.
Otherwise, everything was fine.
