Excellent Spa and sauna, very nice pools, great team at the spa site, very nice room, spacious and well organized, nice bathroom.
Breakfast mediocre, they didn;t made our room one day, and the other- they only organized the beds without cleaning or vacuuming

Good food,nice spa
We arrived as a family, with a 2-year-old child at 11 am, at the reception they told us at 15, goodbye.. its a shame they didnt ask, alternatives... the first time like this... we should leave, its terrible for such a hotel.. its a pity

Sauna world was the best! No other establishment offers 10+ different types of saunas. Also, sipping a cocktail while soaking in hot water just feels great!

More explanation about promptness for Bali bath and how the bath itself works. Also, we never received our small gift. Do not understand the requirement for a male and female masseuse vice two female for a couples massage.
