The breakfast?! Oh my... It is amazing to see, that someone really cares. Home made, delicious... not just the store bought cheapest crap you usually find in hotels. Thank you for that. The room (called the wine room) was clean, spacey, furnished with everything you could need. Nice bathrooms and a furnished kitchen corner in common area - for 4 rooms only. Near the very city center, but far away from noice and traffic
Every door opens with a code. I was very stressed I would forget it when going to the bathroom at a night e.g. It was impossible to close the door of my room quietly from the outside so I always needed to shut them very loudly - not very nice to my sleeping neigbours.

The location is great, the facilities are very clean. Tea, coffee, ear plugs, etc. are offered for free.
The walls are a bit thin so you can hear the neighbours very well but you can use ear plugs that are provided for free.

I checked in online before arriving. The Internesto is incredibly quiet for a place that is so central. The ambience is something like a very good youth hostel, but with cosy double rooms, rather than dorms. The communal bathroom and kitchen facilities were spotlessly clean and very convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable. There are also conference facilities, which would make the place great for courses or training sessions. I liked the fact that you can order breakfast in house, but don't have to.
A bottle of mineral water in the room would have been nice.
I'm arthritic and had to negotiate a flight of stairs to the Reception and first floor of accommodation, but I managed.

The bed is queen size but the room is very small. I could not even open my luggage on the floor and had to open it on the bed. Great location, near the city center and castle. Everything is walking distance. Great, helpful staff.

I liked having the room. There is a shared bathroom, shower, fridge, and dining table. The breakfast was good. I had trouble locating the doorbell which is on the inside of the doorway. It is very small. The door bell is smaller than a pea. I called the phone number and emailed on booking.com to try to contact them to come to the door. I guess it was my oversight to not see the small sign to the door on the left. I eventually got it when other guess came out. I did see the phone number that is facing the street side. It was overall a good stay. The staffer helped me with my heavy luggage up 3-4 stories up. I was glad it was staffed most of the time. I appreciate them answering any questions I had. I would stay again. I have stayed in another place before that didn't have staff in Brno, so this is a plus.
I had trouble locating the door bell to notify the front desk to let us in. Maybe I should have been more observant. I thought the secruity camera on the door was the doorbell. It looked like a Ring camera, but it was not the doorbell.

Great location with a garage nearby – they reserved a spot for us in advance, so we were able to park before checking-in which was super convenient since the hostel is located in the historical center with no parking allowed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfy and the passcode system for the doors is brilliant – perfect for larger groups or people who don't like carrying keys. At breakfast, vegan food was clearly marked and there were both sweet and savory options.
No air conditioning – it was very hot during the day and evening, luckily, we didn't spend much time in the room. The fan didn't help much. During the night it was okay with the windows open but note that there could be noise from the street. There are free earplugs in the common area. The bathrooms could be better kept, but they were okay. For a vegan, breakfast was disappointing – just stuff you can find at an average gas station, bland coffee, cold pastry, instant oatmeal. It would be nice to have something warm, or at least some margarine or other vegan spread to put on toast bread, as well as more veggies/salad. My non-vegan friends also agreed that breakfast was not worth the money.

Location was in the center of the city and commute to other places was convenient.
Insufficient lighting. They need to improve on the room lights. The walls are thin and did get disturbed few times due to noisy guests.
