Wonderful
Breakfast is good and varied. Rooms are clean and comfortable. WiFi is good. Staff is really friendly.
There should be a big chair or sofa in the room. Also table is a bit small for working/playing with computer.

Absolutely amazing breakfast...trully fabulous. Extremely clean room and hallway.
The front desk personnel is undermanned. It is my 3rd visit to this hotel and always I found only one person at the front desk. This hotel is targeted by large groups of people, and it takes forever to check in. Moreover the front desk personnel is not friendly to foreigners. In two ocasions from three visits to this facility, my check-in was interrupted and I was politely moved aside by the front desk lady, to serve local Czech people. In one occasion there was a group of 20 or so school childern that she felt obliged to serve instead of finishing my registration. In the other incident she struggled to find my name (I booked the room via Booking), and a copy-paste incident happen: a group of 6 Czech citizens entered and she asked me to wait in the lobby, to serve them. Not only that her attitude was non-ethical and non-professional, but she engaged in useless conversations with them after they all received their keys. In the evening we asked for help with a taxi and she spent 5 minutes typing in the PC the address where we intended to go, which is weird, since normally you call a taxi and tell the driver where to go. She asked us to wait outside 15 minutes. We waited more than 20 and when we came back to ask what happened she looked online and told us that no driver wanted to come to the hotel Vista and the trip was cancelled. We asked her to call the taxi on the phone, she did so and after talking to the taxi office, she hung up and told us that there was no taxi in Brno that would come to Hotel Vista, and we should rather take a bus. I could hardly belivee that, it was no later that 6:00 p.m. in a weekday, not weekend. We ended up calling our party that was already at the restaurant and he sent a taxi for us. He said that the story that there was not taxi available in Brno was defintely a lie. We never spoke unpolitely with the front desk lady, and her attitude towards us was probably generated by the fact that we were not local citizens.

The view around hotel. Breakfast was great. Bed matraces were ok. Wifi was working.
The bathtube was scratched like if cats were there before. It was hard to get up from it, because there is this bathtube wall that is constantly closing and also looks kinda disguisting and was too thin (shower corner would better). The showergel bottle looked like it was there 5 years. The toilet brush was broken at the handle. The pillow was too high, but for some reason i see that as standard in hotels these days. The toilet seat needs to be screwdrivered to not move

The specious room and the excellent breakfast
Messages delivered in the local language and not in English. Parking was full because people were parking in two places, fortunate the receptionist found a way to help us park giving credits to the staff hotel.

The hotel is in good location, calm neighbourhood. There is a private parking for 4EUR per night. Breakfast was exceptional. Staff was very helpful.
The only negative part is the absence of air conditioning. In the hot days/nights it is needed. I recommend to equip the rooms.

The breakfast is easily five-star! Extremely wide range of different foods, even the display is formidable.
The rooms are big and comfortable, we booked an apartment for 3 persons, it was huge! It even had a hotplate.
Everything is new and clean.
The smiling staff was awesome, too.
Tram stop is in a few minutes walk, a 15-min ride straight to downtown, very frequent line (every 10 minutes).
The water pressure on the 8th level was a bit low but it's the laws of physics, I guess! Nothing you can do with that.

The hotel is new and contains everything you need for a pleasant vacation.
Although we booked accommodation for four people through Booking, the apartment was only prepared for two people. The staff is friendly and accommodating, so we got it sorted out quickly. However, after a long journey, it is an unnecessary inconvenience.

in general everything was good.
The breakfast was disappointing, very small selection,we arrived at 8:30 and there was nothing except pastries and muesli, the staff was in no hurry to put out something hot like boiled eggs or an omelette. but even what was available was fresh and quite tasty

The hotel is clean. The breakfast was well done and they kept up well with resupplying items. Plenty of tables to eat at. The stall was professional and friendly.
The hotel is far away from the main train station and even a ways away from the smaller station. Not convenient for people arriving by train. There was a smell coming from the drains in the bathroom and everytime the fan was turned on in the bathroom a access panel that went to plumbing fixtures flew open and dust came out. No water is given in the room so we had to buy a bottle from the front desk and no free bathroom items. We also had to pay for a toothbrush. Nothing is close to the hotel.
