The new Hotel Vaka is located in a quiet area near the center of Brno and close to the Královo Pole shopping mall and offers tastefully furnished modern rooms with kitchenettes. All rooms feature a small kitchenette with a microwave oven, a plasma satellite TV and a laptop-size safe. The city center is reachable by car within 5 minutes (10 minutes by public transport) and the Brno Exhibition Center within 10 minutes (25 minutes by public transport). Wireless internet access is available in the entire Vaka hotel free of charge. A complimentary buffet breakfast is served every morning and guests get a 10% discount in a nearby restaurant. About 5 minutes from the Hotel Vaka there is a sports and wellness center and a large park. You can park your car for free on site.

-> comfy bed -> large bathroom -> microwave in the room -> free parking -> quiet at night -> possibility to check-in after official check-in end (21:30) -> near to shopping mall
-> 2 out of 4 hot items were not available 20 minutes before end of breakfast time, and were not added. -> be aware that when the shopping mall nearby closes at 21:00, there is nothing much around the hotel. It was not a problem for us, but something to be aware of.

The hotel is located about a 5-minute drive from the city center, in a quiet and peaceful area. There is a shopping mall with a Tesco and other stores right across from the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful, and varied. We were very satisfied with everything.

Nice rooms, comfortable beds, small kitchenette is good enough.
The breakfast room is too small and can be crowded. It is not a quiet place (at least it was not during my stay)
