The size of the room, the furniture, the good view to the famous builnings from the upper floors, restaurants windows.
There isn’t any restroom/toliet on the ground floor which can be used by the hotel guests.
The extra step into the shower cabin is quite demanding, dangerous for older people.

Location and the nice breakfast.
When I got there at 8:30, the reception was not open yet. I just wanted to get my prebooked Garage spot, but luckily found a spot in front of the hotel and paid for it online.

Within walking distance from the city centre, great value for money, it was clean and spacious.
We stayed in a room on the 3rd floor and experienced loud noises coming from the top floor from early in the morning throughout the entire day. It often sounded like children running and several people chatting loudly, which was quite inconvenient.
