Great location! Clean! Safe parking ! Nice view!
My service dog was not accepted into the dining hall in the morning. I showed documentation and still refused. She was very rude when I tried to explain the situation. Other than this one person, the rest of the staff was very nice.

Amazing breakfast with many warm choices including grilled veggies. After I asked, they gave me gluten free bread which tasted great (no firm rubber like usual).
I hate the open shower (walk in). It's impossible to take a shower without flooding the rest of the bathroom

Nearly everything was great, starting from staff and smooth check in, the room up to the breakfast in the morning. There were small disappointments but all in all nothing deal breaking.
What I had the biggest problem with were the flat pillows. I couldn't find a way to support my head so my sleep quality suffered.

Everything - checkin, checkout, breakfast, left luggage. Close to everywhere - opera, botanical garden, Tugendhat villa, beer houses and restaurants, trams to Central Station. Separate toilet/bathroom, very convenient.

Location of the hotel is good, 10min walk from the main square. Room was nice, the view on the 11th floor was great. Breakfast was good, there were a lot of different dishes.
Parking spaces in the garage were really narrow. It was quit a struggle to park a medium size car. In the room the toilet was separated from the bathroom. Some people might like that, I found it a bit anoying. The cleaning lady was leaving a lot of her hair (long black hair) on the floor of the room on the second and third day, which were not there at my arrival.

The receptionist bald guy was being rude to us, it didn't represent the establishment as he supposed to. I would fire him immediately if i were the manager.
