The rooms are very clean and the beds very large. Nice view of the castle on the hill. Parking available underground, though you have to pay extra for it. Breakfast is excellent, but only served until 10 am even. Loved the noon checkout time, it was great to lay down a bit more after bfast. Walking distance to the center.
I saw the orange/yellow colors of the furniture in the pictures, but in real life they are much brighter, a bit too much on the eye :) We had 2 rooms booked, and AC worked perfectly in one of them, but not too well on the other one.

Family room was one of the best we were stayed ever, a lot of place, wonderful view from the window! Breakfast was also very good. Hotel is at perfect place at city, you can walk to the city center.

Rendkívül színvonalosan felújított épület minőségi és izgalmas anyagokkal, dekorral. Jó méretú, hangulatos szobák, vidám játékos színű falakkal, padlóval, berendezéssel. Praktikus a külön WC helyiség mosdókagylóval a fürdőszoba mellett, bár így kisebb a fürdő, de megéri. Minden nap 2 kis palack viz a szobában. Nagyon figyelmes személyzet a reggelinél (pl. azonnal elvitték a felesleges tányérokat).
Nem kritika, inkább megjegyzés: hiányzott egy nagy tükör a szobából, de megértem, hogy az a belső dekort elrontotta volna. Viszont a Wc-ben elférne egy a mosdó fölött.

Hotel Continental is one of Brno's most iconic hotels and offers a fantastic location within easy walking distance of the city center. We stayed for one night and found the room spotless, the beds very comfortable, and the included breakfast good. Everything was clean and well taken care of.
The interior has a heavy Brutalist style that feels quite dated. Even if kept for historical value, a refresh would go a long way. Additionally, reception was understaffed with only one person working, causing a long check-in line that was frustrating on a tight schedule.

Staff made my special request happen. Staff was nice in general. My room had a balcony. The AC was nice to have. Bed was comfy.
Breakfast buffet was lackluster, AC made noises even if not in use, might be related to other people's AC usage.
Soap container was empty in the toilet.
Staff didn't ask for any feedback regarding my stay.

Reception staff needs an upgrade in client friendliness. At least the duty Tuesday late shift and the Wednesday morning . Too concentrate on screens .

A very good hotel close to the city center. Excellent breakfasts, friendly service, and a kettle and refrigerator in standard rooms. The facility is a bit dated, but the rooms are renovated and fully functional. Good value for money.

Location is great! There are coffee places nearby, there are also some cool tea houses, and there is a grocery store called Albert. Breakfast was nice. View over the city is also nice from the window. Staff was kind and polite. We did not encounter any issues with the room or service.
Personal choice, but I think maybe pillows are not as comfortable as I expected them to be.
