Staff members were extremely helpful and nice. Room we had was simply great - clean and very comfy. The gym is well equipped. The location is also great, only short walk to tram stop and short ride to the city centre.

The staff at the reception was nice. The breakfast was good.
Cleanliness. I had to practically beg for a room service everyday. I had to change my room several times to find one, were nothing was broken. The room I ended up in was tiny though and not very clean. The pool was dirty! The food at the lounge was melted as it stood directly in the sun. I have never been so disappointed in a 4 star hotel. Never again!

Wonderful
A comfortable room, very good pillows, water upon arrival and departure. Ample parking, good breakfast. We stayed at the hotel on our way back from vacation in Austria; it was only one night, but our stay was very enjoyable. A definite plus was the very friendly reception staff.
The historic center is about a 15-minute walk away.

Rooms are nice and clean. Lots of space and relatively comfortable beds. It was super nice of the staff to upgrade us to a bigger room at no extra cost. At check-in we got a coupon for a glass of prosecco and a bottle of water each at checkout. Thumbs up for that!
A free access to gym was super nice, but the gym itself has seen better days. AC unit in the room was quite loud and barely did its job. Could use a service.

Free parking in the garage and outside, very clean, super friendly stuff, nice view form the terrace on the 9th floor, tasty restaurant. nice free additions like welcome drink and waterprool.
It is a hotel built in 90s (i guess) and it looks like this, but it has it's soul, and it is well maintained and most importantly clean.

Nice room and breakfeast, swimming pool and sauna are nice after a day of visit in the city
Ac in the room could be a little cold even when set at the minimum level, temperature was a little too high in the room but we were able to open the windows.

Great, attentive staff. Our room was spacious. The breakfast was a pleasant experience. It's a good place to stay when in Brno, especially while travelling to Italy or somewhere else to the south.
The hotel probably has seen better days - some (but only some minor) things happen to be quite old or have been creatively adapted to meet modern needs (e.g. air conditioning, design, windows). It was extremely hot outside (more than 40 degrees Celsius; the hottest part of the year) - the AC was just enough to survive - as an apology, we received a bottle of wine. Staff - awesome!
