Very interesting place. It's somewhere in the midle of nowhere. More like a resort, mostly for locals. Has nice spa with really great saunas. Also there was a casino, but we didn't go there. Breakfast was very good.

It was close to where I needed to be for work. Some of the staff were nice
The beds are incredibly uncomfortable. It had no gym but promoted wellness center so you couldn’t work out. The wellness center you had to be nude to use the facilities. Never been more uncomfortable in my life with children being there with nudes adults… very very strange place

When you receive the 2-hour free entrance to the wellness, it is supposed to be used in one go, you cannot come back even if you did not use two hours. Nobody explained this to us. Things like this need to be explained on arrival.

The facilities, cleanliness and staff are excellent.The Spa is also amazing.
The beds are poor. One pillow per room, poor. The noise was terrible in the morning. The show is poor at best.
It's extremely clean with a poor selection of poor comfortable items in the room and shower.

The rooms were super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was rich with many interesting choices. The spa is AMAZING, great pools and chill zones. A great location, very close to BRNO but still located in the nature and close to the Punkva Caves.
The staff was friendly, but sometimes we asked for advice on services around the hotel and they pointed us to Google... :(
The keys needed to be reset many times...It wasn't such a problem since the reception reset it very fast, but it happened too many times

Wellness Centre is excellent. All.you could want and more. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are very polite and attentive.
Bring above the kitchen and there during an event it was too noisy for me. The signs in the spa ate contradictory e.g. areas listed as with swimming costume such as the lovely outdoor natural pool are used by nudists

I am staying at this hotel for the third time. Comfortable bed. Good spa. Easy parking. Good breakfast.
I think the standard of this hotel has dropped. The receptionist was disappointing, she didn't know how to accept card payments, she was disinterested and unprofessional. We had to look for cash to pay. The breakfast is not as good as it used to be.
