Very nice staff.
There were no balconies in the apartments, as booked.
Bathrooms were not clean, and floors were dirty as well.

Car park was good in the back yard. Easy acces to the apartement with elevator 5th floor. Walking distance from old town. Good supermarket Alberta just 1 min walk from apartment. There was fruits cofee tea for free at apartement wich was nice welcome. Pet friendly (with extra fee)
Apartement was situated on next to the construction area. House opposite was under construction so there was a lot of noisy sounds during 7.00-15.30. This could have been mentioned in the info and it would be good idea to give a price reduction for this period. Also the area front of the building and few blocks are a bit dirty and there has a restless and rugged athmosphere. After first walk we decided to walk the detour route. The bed was noisy.

The apartment is very bright with white lights. The bathroom is clean and the shower is good. The terrace is great.
The apartment is hot cause it is on the roof top. I am so disappointed that there was no air-conditioning system in the apartment despite mentioning on the website that it is an air-conditioned apartment.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Very clean room with beds for five. Great with both parking and washing machine. Good location, about 15 min walk from the lovely old town.
Perhaps a.little small for a family of five with 3 young children. However the terrace is large with space for everyone to sit and eat at the same time.

Nice clean apartment, secure parking close to centre of Brno. Ivan was good and explained everything best he could with the help of Google translate
shower head didn't stay up and drains stunk. Location was good to walk to the centre square of brno but I wouldn't feel safe walking around there on a night time so we drove instead. Good parking facility but would be better if cost of parking was in with the price as we thought it was free parking until the day we got there then sprung with 33 euro charge (11 per night)

Disappointing
I liked how we were meet. very nice girl who showed and explained everything. she was ready to support the whole time
place and district. very dangerous street with many gypsies and prostitutes. we were coming back at 9 pm from center and were really scared. the old prison is the next building. moreover, there is building construction ongoing and all dust is covering the car in the parking. the price is too much for such location
