Room was clean, good location, nice bathroom.
Our group booked a room with 3 beds and the apartment we were given had only 2 beds. It was a completely different room ( the photos didn't match at all). After pointing that out to the lady ( who didn't speak English, so the communication was very difficult) she was trying to convince us, that this was a correct apartment even though, clearly it didn't match the description / photos. It was crucial for us to have at least 3 beds, so the situation was very inconvenient.
The lady made a few phone calls, but when we asked to speak to the owner - no one answered our calls.
Sadly we received no apology for the situation, and only a 17 euros reduction in price ( as she acknowledged that this was in fact another room, and the price for this particular room was 17 euros lower). When we pointed out, that if we would have known, that the room had only two beds we wouldn't have made a reservation, so the price should be lowered accordingly, we were told that we can cancel if we don't want to stay.
However, the situation itself didn't ruin our stay, it should be resolved with at least an apology. That lack of sympathy was very disappointing as we had basically no other option at this point, and the situation was entirely the hotel's mistake.

The rooms were clean and looked just like the photos.
We got the keys easily from the host, even though she did not speak English at all.
The kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped.
The accommodation is in a very bad neighborhood. In the evenings, we didn’t even dare to walk on the street, we always ordered a taxi instead. Luckily, it is close to the city center, but as a woman, I did not feel safe in the area.
It would be good to have air conditioning, as the room got very hot in the summer.
The beds were very squeaky and not very comfortable.
As a welcome gift, we received rotten fruit.

Location
The description stated that there was an air conditioner, but in fact there was none. The kitchen faucet was leaky and leaked. The description stated that there was one bed in the living room and two beds in the room, but in fact all three beds were together in one room. There was no living room as such, it was just a corridor from the front door to the room, and a table with chairs was squeezed in there.

Very Good
Apartment was as good as I expected. Me and my family stayed just for a night, because we were in the middle of our road trip, and in this case this apartment was pretty good. It was clean, with good bathroom, nice receptionists, and private parking in the closed territory. Price is good I think.
The only one thing we didn't like is the absence of the conditioner.

We did not enter the place due to cancellation.
Place first confirmed, then cancelled on us due to overbooking. Nothing was charged, so all good - but it took them over 24 hours to finally cancel the booking, so I was worried we would be charged. Only accepts payment on arrival, I assume in cash - not ideal for international travelers, but we got treated fair.

What I liked:

What I didn't like:
- There is no complimentary parking available, despite the misleading apartment name.
- Keys are delivered by a person who does not speak English.
- Only cash payments are accepted.
- Requesting an invoice can be frustratingly repetitive.
- Cleanliness standards are not maintained at a high level.
- Insufficient closets or cloth hangers are provided; there isn't even one in the bathroom for clothes or towels.
- The bathroom towels and bed linens are of the lowest quality available.

I got the key from a girl that came to bring it. The girl was nice, but she only spoke Ukrainian. For me that was not a problem, but for people from Western Europe this could be a problem. The apartment is new and it has everything you could wish for. Especially if you are planning to stay for a longer period, this apartment is great as it even has a dishwasher.
I booked the apartment for around 40 euro, which is a great price. But then 25 euro was added for cleaning the apartment, which is misleading. The initial price you see on booking is great, but then it gets almost doubled with the extra charge. The apartment wants you to pay cash, yet they don't have change. They still owe me 1.75 euro.
For me, the biggest disappointment was parking. For a foreigner, it was not easy to find out how the parking works. You have to go to the website of the parking service, go through quite some steps to pay for your parking. Luckily, there were some people on the street who spoke English and were willing to help me out.

The property was nicely furnished and very comfortable. I had everything that I needed in the apartment.
I recommend having a larger TV in the living room with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime for us to log into.

It was very clean, had all the necessary facilities, very comfortable. It was close to the city center so no need to use public transport if you want to go sightseeing
You can pay ONLY IN CASH at the property, despite that in the confirmation email it was written that cash is not accepted

Car park was good in the back yard. Easy acces to the apartement with elevator 5th floor. Walking distance from old town. Good supermarket Alberta just 1 min walk from apartment. There was fruits cofee tea for free at apartement wich was nice welcome. Pet friendly (with extra fee)
Apartement was situated on next to the construction area. House opposite was under construction so there was a lot of noisy sounds during 7.00-15.30. This could have been mentioned in the info and it would be good idea to give a price reduction for this period. Also the area front of the building and few blocks are a bit dirty and there has a restless and rugged athmosphere. After first walk we decided to walk the detour route. The bed was noisy.
