The room was super clean, polished and comfortable; location is convenient and great connection to piblic transport. Breakfast was tadty, huge and filling. There was also a shared kitchen available. The host was extrimely kind and nice, a very pleasant person!

There was a train stop close to it. The room was big. There was hot water avaliable all day long.
The room was insufficiently cleaned. The toilet, like the rest of the room, wasn't cleaned properly, which is really disturbing. Also the beds were really hard and thus uncomfortable to sleep on. When we first entered the room, we were met with a weird scent/ smell. The best I can describe it is like a stuffy smell because of bad air flow, which improved but did not completely go away with airing the room. There was carpeting on the floor (the permanent kind -from wall to wall) which is simply unhygienic, especially for an apartment/ room to lent, as it's difficult to clean. Moreover we asked about the air conditioner's remote, as it was not in the room and the host said that the ACs are to be used only in summer for cooling and asked if we were cold but at that point we felt way too awkward to say anything else...

All in all the stay was very nice.
The only negative is that the breakfast could have had more selection, rather than ordering from a set menu. Most of what was on the menu was not what I generally eat for breakfast.

Based on a one night experience only! The hotel looks more like a private house from outside. The room I was offered was cozy and very clean. The bed was comfortable. There was an air-conditioner, a TV, and a small mini bar with beverages, there was even a hair dryer in the bathroom -all the basic things a person could need. There is a kitchen corner on the floor where one can prepare coffee/tea or use a microwave/oven (I didn't use them though). The wifi signal was good. The location is not close to the city center but the access to the hotel is quite simple - one should just take tram number 12 from the main station and it stops at about 3 mins walk to the house. It is next to a gas station, so you can't miss it. There is also a big sign with the name of the property, it is easy to find. I hadn't noticed that the property only accepts cash payments on site but the owner was very understanding and polite, he told me I can just pay on the next day. I can't complain about anything.
Nothing worth mentioning.
