A really lovely beautiful old hotel in central Brno. Good breakfasts!
No English language TV channel on the TV - not even one BBC channel.

The room was very modern, luxurious and spacy. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very large. The location is right next to the bus station and very close to the city center. At night it was very quiet for sleeping. The staff was very nice and helpful for exchanging Czech crowns and tips about the city. The breakfast was very rich and high level - with smoked salmon, Camembert and blue cheese.
The pillows were synthetic so a bit uncomfortable for sleeping. They ask to block some 60 EUR on your credit card as an assurance for what you might use from the minibar. You can also give them a cash deposit. This was a bit strange - I've never had other hotels ask for this.

Very comfortable rooms with easy access to train station and city center. Not to forget the fitness centre was well maintained. The staff was courteous and very professional.

The staff are not helpful to guests, the air conditioning is very hot, and when I asked for help from the receptionist, he said he couldn't do anything and that I couldn't change rooms.

The room was spacious and really nicely furnished, everything at the hotel was a high standard. Selection of different pillows was a nice touch. The adjoining family room made it perfect to stay with the kids.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the city center and the main train station. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
There was a construction site in front of the hotel and the noice started at 6AM in the morning so we were not able to sleep very well. However, the staff were super helpful and agreed to move us to another room which was further away from the noice.

Everything was good, including the interior and cleanliness. However, our room was located in an annex, where the rooms were a little cramped. I believe the rooms in the main building may be more spacious, although I could be mistaken.
We did not have enough time to notice any drawbacks, as we stayed there for only one night. Perhaps there simply aren’t any :) Good breakfast
