Great spot, very nice staff, the room was great too. Breakfast is rich and in general the place is really luxurious..has an air of another time.
I was surprised to find the bathroom not so clean. It was not so much the toilet and the bathtub but the toilet sink was not clean. Breakfast should be included in the room price for that price.

This is a fantastic room in a fantastic city, we very much enjoyed our stay. The staff really make it seem like a top hotel. The room was large and interesting, with good seating as well as a comfortable bed and bathroom. The town itself is incredible, great museums especially the art and history on the 1 & 3rd floors of the castle museum, but we also enjoyed the design / applied arts museum and the Ossuary and then we ran out of time...
The breakfast seemed expensive for what it was where it was, especially if you are vegan and drink tea it's not worth it, though tbh the nearby (same building!) hipster cafe costs the same for a fixed meal not an open buffet, so it's up to what you want. We asked for a quiet room and they made a real effort for us, but the local church bells still pretty much woke us up every hour, and for an extended period at 6am!

Good view. Historical monument.
The rooms on 1st floor are noisy from the reception. Take rooms on higher floors.
The carpeted floor is more than 10 years old and is unhygienic, not 5 Stars level anymore.
