We were there during a heat wave and thr air conditioner did not adequately cool the room. The wonderful staff brought us ice, a fan and chocolate. It was amazing service.

Beautiful property, very well located, excellent communication. You do have to meet someone in person to receive the key and return it, so build in some extra time for travel on the back end for this.

The staff were really friendly. Parking on site (with a fee). Large room and bathroom. We got a room with a balcony to the main plaza, which was a lovely view. The location was extremely convenient.

From the minute I arrived, I felt like a welcomed guest. Med greeted me as though he had been waiting for my arrival. At the front desk, the team was equally gracious and welcoming.Denisa and Zuzana are so committed to the spirit of hospitality. I was early and the room was not ready and they provided many suitable options for waiting. My room was available rather quickly AND it was WONDERFUL with a view of the square.
After the first day I decided to extend my stay. They were very helpful in making those provisions.
They offered great guidance to my wandering, money exchange, and general navigation to Brno.
Highly recommend this hotel.
All staff members assured you that you were in a 4 star hotel but those I mentioned were particularly helpful to me. I was sad to leave.
I have no complaints. The room, housekeeping, and quality were outstanding.

I’ve rarely seen such dedicated and friendly service staff. From the welcome drink to the reception and the dinner at the restaurant – everything was of a very high standard
I really have to look hard before I find anything negative. The hotel has been beautifully restored. Whether I personally like the Greek mythology theme in the restaurant is another question. And for a 5-star hotel, the breakfast is a bit “underwhelming” (no fish, few types of bread, somewhat “stressed” service). But all in all, I will exclusively stay at this hotel in Brno in the future.

I loved the beautiful design of the building and of room, which was very thoughtfully restored. the design and decor really respects the old, dignified building which was originally built as a bank. There is a atmosphere of easy luxury in the whole building and in the rooms. The location could not have been better and despite of its central position, it was quiet at night. The view from our third floor room was magnificent. And the price of the room was really affordable, probably discounted because it was February. The staff were incredibly friendly, from the porter to the check-in clerk to the cleaning staff – all first rate!
Honestly, the tea cups in the room could've been larger. I know, that's a tiny thing to complain about! Also, the room got a bit hot, and there was really no way to adjust the thermostat, at least in our room. We opened the window to cool it down.
