The location, parking facility and the general atmosphere of the hotel eFi
The "pool area" ... it is much less appealing in reality than on the online pictures: it is a very small pool which surrounded by grey concrete walls ... not likely one a person chooses to sit and relax on a sunny afternoon.

The staff were excellent – very welcoming, professional, and always ready to help.
On check-in, they took the time to explain all the facilities in detail, which I really appreciated.
Clean and tidy rooms
The free taxi service to 3 locations in Brno is a thoughtful gesture and makes exploring the city very convenient.
The location and street outside the hotel feel a bit shady, especially late evenings – it may make some guests uncomfortable walking around.
The breakfast was not impressive – quite limited in variety and could definitely be improved.

It was nice to have a kitchen in the room
The location was in a very dirty neighborhood, which felt unsafe to walk especially for a woman. A local uber driver questioned of why we were in this neighborhood and asked if we knew it was unsafe.

They have thinked to everything. Very secure, great rooms, lovely restaurant, all the services you want, 8 minutes walk to the city center.
The shower gel from the shower needs a refill.

The neigbouroughhood was very scray.
The room was ok but we were unable to sleep there was so much shouting and disturbing noised in the next room and in the corridor. There is no indicatiom how to reach the front desk on phone. I could only reach the hotel’s call center but they did absolutely nothing, we were actually scared to leave the room.

Really nice people working in the hotel - friendly, relaxed, resourceful. Did their best!
Tram stop is close - the old city is just a few stops away and so is the train station.
No light-bloking curtains!!! If you are sensitive to light, take a sleeping mask with you.
Breakfast was filling, but with limited options.
Location is close to city centre, but the street itself had a bit abandoned feeling.

The facility inside the room is good

It was a great spacious room, absolutely snow-white bedsheets and very comfortable location. Not exactly the city center but within comfortable walking distance. Quiet, well equipped room in all senses.

Dinner at the same restaurant did not taste that well. Access to the restaurant was trought outside. Room was not easy to heat up (winter time) There was draft trought the window

Good location, just a 10 minutes walk to the very centre. Spacious and well equipped apartment. Excellent breakfast, helpful staff.
Minor inconveniences: the immediate surroundings of the hotel. Cold seeping in through the balcony door that doesn't close properly.
