The area is very bad, during night it's not safety at all as it is FULL with noisy and drunken gypsies. Unbelievable, it's worst than you can imagine.
(For Hungarians: District 8 in Budapest is nothing compared this.)
The hotel has a FREE taxi till midnight to make your stay safer. Which is very good, but from this fact you can imagine how bad the situation outside.
If you are prepared mentally :) with the night taxi it was OK, as the building is about 1-2 minutes walk from the 'normal' part of the city, and the center is about 10-15 minutes.
The staff is very friendly and kind.
Their beer bar in the main square has good quality beers, I recommend visiting them.

Location is great, accesible to walk in centrum within 10 minutes.
It is located in quite noisy, dirty distric of Brno.

The size of the apartment was great,probably too big if anything.
The apartment didn't have air conditioning which wasn't great.
The free shuttle bus was great going but when I phoned from the given location I was told there wasn't going to be a pick up,which would have left us stranded......after 25mins of argument we finally got our return but this wasn't what we needed at all.

A very big room.
Wifi was not working. I had to work and I should wait one day until the wifi would be repaired. Stuff was not very nice. They didn't speak english. You had to wait for someone to speak english there. The bathtub had no curtain for the shower. You had to shower carefully so the whole bathroom was not full of water. The parking was advertised and there you have to pay for it.

It is a nice hotel with the value. They gave us a voucher of their other hotels spa and we used it. Spa hotel is around 850 m away and they have a free taxi between them. The room was clean and everything was working well. The stuff is friendly and helpful. Bed sheets were clean and towels as well. Room was big enough for 2 people
We had a car parking costed extra 11 euro but totally worth it because the neighbourhood is a bit strange and full of gypsy people. I live in Prague normally but never seen such people before. The bathroom didnt have a shower socket and you need to hold it all the time. Bathtub has no curtains or sth so all the water goes outside and bathrooms is full of water. Please adjust that part.

I liked the pool, basement bar, Room, balcony,taxi service all good ideas... But.
Pool and basement bar ridiculous opening hours that basically unabled to use both - pool only afternoons, bar only mornings! Free taxi because of location but staff never managed to get us one during our 4 day stay!

The service is pretty good - reception, pool bar and the cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is very convenient and the garden view balcony room is very silent and calm. Smart TV with Netflix and with many languages.
The neighborhood on the street where the hotel is located is a very special one. If you would like to feel yourself as a part of the live horror show directed by Emir Kusturica (es;pecially in the evening) - it is the right place. Wi-Fi with 2-10 Mbps max (at least in building B of the hotel). Today is 2023 and Brno is a second largest city in Czech Republic. The Wi-Fi repeater doesn`t cost too much and this internet speed is not acceptable at all.
