The rooms were huge! Had nice kitchen facilities and was spacious. There was a restaurant inside the property premises.
The staff was a bit rude during check-in and check-out. They were two different people, but both were impolite. During check-in, I greeted her and showed her my booking. She then showed her hand and I didn't understand. Apparently, she was asking for my passport. She also rolled her eyes when I said I couldn't understand Czech. Upon check-out, I went to the front desk the same time with a middle aged man. We both greeted the front desk and handed her our keys. We waited in front of her in case there was still something needed from us. After a minute, she said, "Do you need something else?" and we both said that we were waiting for her. She waved her hand and the man and I just looked at each other and laughed about it.

Hotel is 10 minutes walk from city centre. Safe parking. The room was large and well equipped (with a kitchen). The cleanliness was also okay.
The hotel is quite run down and needs a complete renovation. The hotel area is not exactly the best.

I definitely do not recommend this property. We booked an Executive Apartment with a bathtub and a pool view specifically for content creation and media collaboration. At check-in, the reception gave us a lower-standard room (no bathtub, separate beds, no pool view) without informing us about the downgrade. They only admitted the mistake after we complained, but offered a room change after 15:00 (only for the bed and bathtub), when we were already out in the city. The receptionist Uliana was highly unprofessional, lied in written messages, and tried to blame us for their mistake. Later, the hotel completely ignored our messages. In the end, booking customer support had to step in and issued us a refund after reviewing our evidence. Terrible communication, zero professionalism, and misleading practices.

- We were a 7-minute walk from the center; we explored everything without using public transport.
- The accommodation is clean and sophisticated, an absolutely positive experience; I would stay here again anytime.
- The breakfast is delicious.
- Fortunately, the mattress is not too soft (before anyone gets worried, it's not hard either :) ); it was optimal for us.
- The huge air conditioning heat exchangers in the courtyard are a bit noisy. I was the only one out of eight people bothered by it, but I am noise-sensitive, so I always sleep with earplugs anyway :)
- The Wi-Fi code was not displayed in the room, so we could only ask for it the next day.
- Was a negative aspect was the receptionist on duty upon our arrival. Fortunately, our contact with him was only 20 minutes during our entire stay, yet he made a rather bad impression on us. Since I booked the accommodation, I was the one who initially contacted him verbally – first in German, as that is my foreign language.
He was disdainful, and from that point on, his attitude remained inappropriate, even after I let my English-speaking friend take over. Following that first interaction, he wasn't kind to my English-speaking friend or the others either. There were eight of us, and we were patient throughout.
The other receptionists were all lovely :)

This is a budget hotel located a short walk from the city center. The room was spacious, with a kitchen counter, stove and fridge.
I did not use the kitchen, but a coffee machine would have been welcome. Or at least some instant coffee, given that a kettle was provided.
The hotel has a gym and a spa, but there is a separate fee to use these, which I did not realize when booking this hotel. I don't think I have ever seen a hotel that would charge the guests to use the gym.
