Apartment house Čajkovskij is located at a convenient location just at the exit of the ring road, thus guests can easily reach both the center of Brno or the sites outside the city, such as the Brno dam. This is a well-equipped and spacious apartment located in a quiet suburb of Brno. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the tram stop and a 10-minute ride to the city center. Both the living room and bedroom are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. There is also a nice swimming pool available for use at any time. Everything in the apartment is well organized and prepared. We communicated with the owner via WhatsApp, and they responded almost instantly to any questions we had.

The quiet surroundings, yet well connected via public transport and the nearby entrance to the highway. Nearby a nice park (hilly) to walk and enjoy time. Appartment itself well equipped,with everything you may need for a great stay, clean and with a nice view. The neighborhood is a residential area with interesting eclectic architecture and small streets.
Does not make the stay worse, but be aware of steep staircase and stairs to the bedroom in the attic.

Kitchen, bathroom and living area are excellent, bedroom accessed by interesting ladder, you have to be lithe and confident, particularly for descending! The host was most accommodating, and offered to make up the very comfortable sofa bed in living room if we were unsure of ladder access.
The bed accessed from ladder was only approx 4ft 6inch wide, and on ground with sloping roof above, adequate for us and option of very comfortable bed settee in lounge was freely offered.

We enjoyed our stay and Beata is an excellent host. She is very helpful and always responded to our queries promptly. The location suited us. It was easy to travel to different parts of Brno from there as tram stops are nearby. The apartment had everything we needed and we stayed there a week.

We felt at home, with Bea always present very kind for any need we had. The apartment was very comfortable, cozy, quiet with a wonderful balcony with a very nice and relaxing view of a woody hill and neighborhood gardens. Bea is better than a five stars hotel concierge, providing the best and most useful information on any matter we needed for. The center is easy to reach by tram which stops 200 meters from the house. We will come again for sure.
The two floors stairs are a good exercise :))
