We did not like much....Not a good hotel as it should be. During weekend breakfast, you even cannot have omelette because they say the guy doing is not working. It should be the other way around, more options are expected during weekends but you cannot even get a simple omelette... So what I understood from this?? When you call to get Nescafe and tea, they say oh we cannot bring because it is evening. What kind of 4 star hotel does this!!! It is quite expensive so does not worth at all for what you pay. Staff are also not friendly...

Staff are also not friendly...On their website they advertise spa/sauna but when you ask it is not accessible. So it is a big disappointment generally. They even do not provide complimentary water to the room which is expected at a 4* hotel. Even during breakfast they do not replace the water bottles and also other things when they finish. So NOT recommended.

Location is perfect!
The day we checked in, our AC wasn't working at all, we called the staff about it, they said the technician can only come the next morning, we slept through the night somehow, keeping the windows open. The next day the technician checked the AC and told us it is completely dead and cant be repaired right now. Following this, we approached the reception desk to report the issue and seek assistance. Unfortunately, the female staff member at the desk was dismissive and rude. Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience caused or offering a prompt solution, she told us it wasn’t the hotel's fault, and just kept telling we cant do anything. What made us really angry was, she started saying that you can keep windows open and sleep. I mean why did we even pay for an AC room?! It kind of made us feel that she hates her job and doesn't understand what customer service is. Rarely we come across 5 star hotels, who have such staff who are so incapable of having a decent discussion.
After a prolonged and frustrating discussion, she eventually offered to move us to another room. However, the alternative provided was noticeably smaller than the one we had originally booked and paid for. This felt deeply unfair. We had paid in full for a larger room, yet due to a fault in the room's amenities (which is clearly not our responsibility), we were forced to downgrade without any proper compensation or apology.
This experience left us feeling upset and disappointed. Not only was there a clear service failure, but the lack of accountability and the tone of communication from your staff further worsened the situation. At the end of the stay, during checkout a Male front desk associate, was nice to us and apologized for the inconvenience caused during the stay and didn't charge us for the 2 day car parking and provided that for free. All in all it was only because of the guy that we felt a little better.
