Except from the impolite person in reception every was good
The person who was in the reception at our arrival at the night was totally disaster we felt like we wasn’t welcome there.

1.The location. It's really near the center and with everything. 2. The parking is good also considering it's in the center. They have their own garage parking but you need to reserve in advance. Your car is really safe. 3. The room was great too. Clean and well maintained. They clean everyday. We were also able to get with a balcony so it's a plus. 4. The breakfast was great too. They have a lot of options. 5. The staff are also very accommodating. From the receptionist, breakfast staffs, their repairman (we had trouble with our heating), up to their cleaning staffs, they were all so nice accommodating. 6. They have 2 restaurants. One is a bar and restaurant. Both are great to try. Overall it was a pleasant stay with them.
We couldn't think of any dislike for this hotel.
