Since I booked the largest apartment, I am very satisfied with the room, which has a huge living room, and one of the bedrooms even has a whirlpool bathtub. The hotel’s spa area is also pleasant. Bathrobes are provided in the room, and the spa has a sufficient number of towels and sauna sheets. The price includes free parking and breakfast. The breakfast is acceptable.
The hotel is a little far from the city center, and the spa area is very small and quite crowded.

The hotel had free parking next to it. The room was spacious and clean. There's wellness in the top floor with sauna, whirlpool for free and massage (most likely paid). There's nice view of the city from the wellness and enough sheets, towels for use. The breakfast was very good with huge variety of foods. Some pastries seemed a bit stale, but still edible.
The bathroom wasn't cleaned in some spaces (not dusted off) and it seemed a bit outdated, but otherwise it was good.
The HVAC was only heating and I couldn't set it to a lower temperature, which was uncomfortable during the night. Might have been my fault, since I did not ask the reception desk for help.

The hotel is on an ok location and there is free parking for those who drive to Brno. The room is a decent size with a small balcony. Wifi is free and decent speed for the basics.
The breakfast was a great disappointment. Limited choice and The problem was that for a 4 star hotel it lacks a lot of basic amenities. The bathroom is dated with no normal sets of toiletries, the TV had NOT ONE international program and there was no way to connect our devices.

The spa was fantastic- hot tubs on the roof and a fabulous sauna with great views. gym- treadmill/ bike/rower/cross trainer… free weights-everything you need for maintenance! Staff were fantastic , in particular Natalie who booked us a restaurant recommendation and gave bar tips and Andre who was a wealth of knowledge on hidden bars, galleries and museums. The food in the Avanti restaurant was great as we discovered on our last night eating there for convenience as we were going to the airport for a late flight!
All was amazing- spa could have opened earlier ( it opened at 4pm)… maybe smoked salmon at breakfast and gluten free bread.

A couple that stayed in an apartment next to ours had a dog which they let stay in hotel’s corridors, the dog was aggressive he barked and growled at us and in the morning he was howling while his owners were at breakfast even when they could bring the dog to the restaurant, the receptionist only called the owners once but it didn’t help

Parking is very close to the hotel building and is spacious. The breakfast has a great variety and healthy options, too. The top floor spa is the highlight of the hotel.
The shower cabin was not cleaned, a clot of hair hung from the wall unfortunately. The beds are soft and the pillows are way too big to sleep on.

Free parking and charging for EVs. The breakfast was decent and had a big variety. The best part of the hotel is the gym and the spa. The gym is well equipped. The spa has 2 hot tubs and a proper sauna which can be used without swimwear. Great view from the top!

Wonderful breakfast with variety of tasty dishes. The room size was great, spacious and clean.
Location is a bit out of center. You need to walk 7 minutes to the tram stop and ride 2-3 stops to the center

Excelent value for money.
Very clean, comfortable beds, the breakfast was excelent (one of the best I had in a hotel)
Free parking and a lot of facilities.
There was no shower gel in the bathroom (on shower place). I suppose it was a miss, the room looked excelent.
The waitresses don’t speak English. However, they were very kind and we succeeded to have a pleasant dinner
