The apartments are very good with all necessary facilities and friendly staff. It is pretty close both to the city center (12-15 minutes on foot) and the train station (approximately 18 minutes)
The very street Francouzsca seems to be really scary in the evening and at night, I guess that is the only downturn of the apartments.

Very Good
Great option for low-budget accommodation with preserved privacy in Brno. Furniture is new, facilities clean. There is a shared kitchen. 10 minutes by train from the railway and city center.
Building is old, walls thin (hearing water running on the pipes when neighbors were having a shower), district quite decadent and dim lighted.

The lady at reception was very friendly and personable. She kindly showed me to my room and showed me all of the amenities within the room. In the room there was a book of recommendations for things to do and see in Brno.
Only downside was it was a little bit of a walk from the city center, however, I knew this coming in and can't fault the property for this. It was also lovely getting to walk around the neighborhood it was in.

Everything was as expected. There was even free coffee available. Clean, quiet, ten minutes walk to the center, close to the tram stop. Very nice hostess. Great tourist brochures about Brno, which I used.
It was AOK.

Nice apartment building close to the city center. Can be reached on foot or by tram.
Easy check-in, just ring the bell.
I was staying in a studio with a large bathroom, fully exquipped kitchen corner, fridge, microwave, hot plate. Coffee, tea.
Staff was friendy, room was clean.

I was a returning visitor. This was a similarly positive experience as last time. Clean room in an apartment building, I had my own bathroom, but the communal one is nice, too. Fully equipped communal kitchen (ready for cooking if needed) in case you are not staying in a studio.
There is someone at the reception until 10 if you need a late check-in. Friendly staff.
Easy to reach on foot from the center (15-20 minutes) or only a few tram stops.
Fine, safe for solo female travelers.
No such thing.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment! The space was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It had a great layout, reliable Wi-Fi, and was located in a quiet, convenient area close to shops and public transportation.
What made the stay even better was the host — incredibly kind, helpful, and always available for anything I needed. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, offering local tips and making sure everything was perfect.
I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!
