Disappointing
Located in a quite neighborhood, there was a shop nearby, also few restaurants. We arrived on late Saturday, so the parking upfront was free as well. Host greeted us personally and was very kind.
Beds were just awful and the furniture is a bit old, but for a one night stay it was ok.

Pleasant district, clean and big apartment with kitchen section and private bathroom.
No private parking lot but the car can be left in front of the apartment, in a bigger parking area.

Great place to stay if you're on a budget in Brno. As students, it had everything we needed and was very comfortable for the 4 of us. We weren't expecting a 5* resort so we are happy it was everything we needed- but we spent most of our time our in the city so only used the accommodation for sleeping.
It was a little while out of the city, but an Uber was only about 6, and there is a bus stop right outside so it didn't become a big problem. The bathroom and room was a little dated but again, we didn't mind this. It was a place to lay our heads.

Apartmant was clean and spacious.
There was no free parking available all day, luckily the owner gave us a parking site in front of his garrage.
