Absolutely lovely apartment. Everything is perfect: the rooms, the service and the staff is super friendly, the rooms are clean and modern, well decorated. This apartment is a great value for the money.

The apartment was ok and easily accessable. Located in a convenient area which was ideal for me .
There was a mould building up in the bathroom after shower . Would be ideal to fit an extractor by the window to drive off the steam away and prevent the dampness building up on the ceiling and causing a mould like effect.

Very nice apartment very well situated
Said there was four beds at the property two normal beds and two sofa beds however the sofa beds were normal sofas not even big enough to lay down on.
Called booking.com with the complaint got through to a call centre probably in the Philippines the excepted absolutely no liability.

Location fine as was for hospital appt for treatments only[ ongoing cancer therapy]Would use this place again if we needed to stay.Handy for shops etc.
Shower head broken would not fix to the wall making it difficult to have to hold head, toilet brush needed replacing [dirty] Would have like extra pillow for our bed. ,Overall the apt was fine was ,but would have liked kitchen towel or paper towel also spare toilet roll.[but purchased rolls].

- nice and clean appartment
- bathroom was clean and there was hot water all the time
- nice terrace to stay and enjoy the meals
- large parking very close to the location
- large supermarket very close to the location
- the check-in is a little bit difficult: you have to receive the keys from someone, a standard locker is much better here in my opinion
- the hairdryer was missing
- a espresso machine would be appreciated
- a little bit far from the city center

The location was ok for me.
It wasnt very clean, the sheets were dirty, there were bugs in the bathroom.
The room didnt have basic equipment such as hairdryer, when I asked for it I was also ignored by the staff for the whole day. After that they brought it to me and told me to call one guy next time, no apologies or anything.
They also informed me there is something wrong with the terrace door and someone will fix it, turned out a handyman came to the apartment and nobody from staff was there, I had to stay because my things were there and I was late for work because of it. Someone from staff should come and look after him, not assign it to me.
There was just one toilet paper for a 5 day stay so I had to equip the apartment for myself.
I also had to wait a long time for checkin, luckily the lady who was cleaning there let me in and she was nice. When the member of staff came, he didnt say anything about the apartment, about any cleaning during my stay, anywhere to throw out the garbage (since nobody came to clean ever during my stay), nothing at all.
All in all it wasnt very comfortable, clean and the communication was bad.

First when I booked it the pictures shown were different from what the place was, the pictures and description doesnt reflect the unit were we stayed.There was a bad smell when entering the apartment, the furniture was very old , wall were dirty were given only one bathroom towel, the bed was not very sturdy and was made only with sheets nothing else

What you saw in pictures is not what you get please dont take this apartment is not good
I didnt like the entire building because the man gave me ground floor how can you give me ground floor for 103 for real and the man doesnt talk politely
