Good breakfast, good location, nice pool area, restaurant on site is also good. Easy parking. Reception desk 24h. Very-very welcoming staff.
Unstable WiFi. Lack of smart TV.

Really nice and spacious room/studio with an amazing view. Breakfast was delicious and also a lot of choices. Poolbar and restaurant serving great food and drinks.
The only thing to complain is the WiFi, it is very unstabile and the connection is breaking down frequently

The views from the balcony and pool area are out of this world!!!! Seriously stunning
The staff, particularly the pool bar staff were so helpful.
The room was clean, comfy and with the most incredible, incredible view.

- Obviously this place stands out for its magnificent location. - The room is huge In terms of the mattress, which seems to be an issue in some reviews, I was fully satisfied, as I like them to be on the firm side Theres is a bus stop close by. The 615 will take you to coral bay and to the harbour. Therere some small supermarkets around, one with super fresh fruits and vegetables. If you prefer to cook, Id recommend Philippos Supermarket, which is 4-5 bus stops away depending, where you hop in). Its huge and youll get everything you need. Overall therere some small things, which could be easily improved. To be very honest I have expected a little bit more the price.
- The furniture a bit old fashioned and worn out. - I had the superior room with front sea view. You dont have the scenic bay in front, but still a nice view over Potima Beach. - I found some of the receptionists a little bit reserved. Therere two young guys, who were helpful. Other than that, I felt uncomfortable asking for things. I needed some basic first aid items, which I was promised to get, but never did. - You need to ask for a pool towel and youll instantly get one. Still, Id rather dont ask for those kind of things. - The kitchen is well equipped. Would be good to add on some basic stuff like a scissor, a laundry basin and cutting vegetables with a bread knife, is a little bit challenging. - Wifi is not the strongest.

Fantastic staff who could not be more helpful. Lovely quiet location but very close to two centres (serves by a good bus service) for a choice of restaurant and bars.
Variety and quality of breakfast could be improved.
