The stay was pleasant and staff was kind and helpful. Everything was quite clean.
Unfortunately the towels in the bathroom were above the toilet... So nobody can say that they are truly clean to use

In the room there was no good warm blanket - it is supposed you sleep under the sheet and if you are cold the is an old itchy blanket without duvet cover

No drinking water in the room, minibar fridge not working, uncomfortable seats in the room, dirty carpet, when i asked how i can reach paphos airport through bus i was given wrong information and had to take a taxi after endless waiting for a bus

Good location and friendly staff. The breakfast has a decent selection.
The rooms are super outdated. The daily cleaning was just dragged across the restroom and bedroom floor. The shower curtain has an old yellow film because it isn't it the original color it hasn't been changed in decades. There weren't any power outlets near the beds or tables. The buffet breakfast was barely look warm with the hot items and needed better health and safety measures. So many people coughed in their hands then touched the serving handles that were for all patrons which was disgusting. Lastly, our AC was busted and we couldn't sleep through the night.

Location of the hotel. It is very good.
The doors are very old and not so well isolated so all the noise from the hotel corridor can be heated in the room.

It’s an old traditional hotel, very well maintained and very clean with friendly staff. Very good breakfast buffet.
We loved all the fruit trees in the garden .

The staff was absolutely delightful and so accommodating. Don’t hesitate to ask any questions at all, they’ll be more than happy to help. The location was central to everything. Don’t skip the breakfast! You’ll be glad you went before a full day out.
The hotel could’ve been cleaner and housekeeping staff could’ve been quieter while working in the mornings, but otherwise I have no complaints!

-breakfast was very good, apart from the British breakfast
-swimming pool was excellent
-The male waiter at the breakfast area was very good, helpful, kind and polite
-The man at the reception was very helpful, understanding and friendly when we arrived very late
-variety of choices at the bar by the pool
-British breakfast was not good; my Son was food poisoned for 2 days.
-The member of staff at the bar by the pool did not speak even speak basic Greek
-price for the ice cream at 4 euros at the bar by the swimming pool. That was expensive
-There was constantly water on the floor in the bathroom every time we had a shower. It was not us, seemed to be a leak somewhere.
-The Russian lady at the reception was a bit bossy, her tone of the voice was not nice.
