The staff members we came across were exceptionally helpful and kind.
The rooms we were assigned were storage upwards really. We had to empty them of all beds, mops, cots, wrapped laundered bedding etc and leave it in the corridor just to lay on a bed.
The aircon wasn't working.

Maybe location was okay
Its like a prison, the room is too small, the staff dont smile, the breakfast was really bad, no amenities in the room barely there was a shower gel

The location is perfect, loved the evening walkies to the harbour after dinner, which we payed every evening at the hotel. Food was excellent btw and the service 5*
The property itself was very comfortable, clean and pleasant to stay

The breakfast .
The location opposite the Collusiam.
The shower in the allocated room did not work and we were .moved to a ground floor room which was OK.The telephone did not work . No mat in the bath to stand on for showers No toiletries as shown in the info sheet
