The room was beautiful and clean and we could see the sea from the small terrace. It was perfect. Saturday night was sea food buffet and we truly enjoyed it. I paid a little extra for the view.
We asked for early check in and even though it was not guaranteed, they said they will try. Not only we weren’t given a room early, but we saw multiple other people getting their keys before us, and at the regular check in time our room still wasn’t ready so they literally grabbed our reservation and scratched our room number to write a different room number and finally check us in! The front desk people called at least three times the housekeepers and they never got our room ready! Wasted a whole day from a short 3-day vacation!

Hotel is overlooking the beach with a 2 min walk.
10 min walk to kings Tombs ! A bus stop outside the resort that takes you to the harbor and alternatively get a Taxi which cost €11 - 12.
The hall way into the rooms requires updating.

It’s a nice hotel with an amazing location. They also have a lovely sandy beach in front, and you can take a long walk by the seaside. It’s crazy that it is located right next to the Tombs of the Kings, which is included in the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
What I really need to point out is the staff. From the reception to the bar, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The lady at the reception desk was extremely nice and helpful, which is exactly what you want and need during your stay. Also, all the ladies working at the upper bar were very friendly and pleasant, and the young lady is preparing some amazing cocktails.
We didn’t like the breakfast very much. It lacks selection, and the quality of the food was below average.

Although this is an older, well-established hotel, it certainly does not show its age. The recent refurbishment provides high-quality accommodation and services, making the overall experience excellent. The sea views are truly stunning. The bar lady was fantastic — friendly, communicative, and very polite — a real asset to the hotel. The location is also beautiful and very attractive, with wonderful sea views and a lovely beach.
Some staff members did not communicate well with guests, possibly because it was the end of the season and they seemed more focused on an upcoming staff party. Parking was also difficult, as most of the upper parking spaces were occupied by staff, leaving little consideration for guests’ needs. At checkout, the receptionist was not very attentive and even issued the invoice incorrectly — it should have been made out to a company, but it was printed with the wrong name and without an amount.

Loud, lots of disturbances from guests in the hallways I went there to relax, at night the corridors where always too loud, I could hear the tv from my neighbors room.

Disappointing
We didn't encounter some of the issues we saw on some reviews, which made us be very skeptical about this stay, but it wasn't as bad.
The location is great, near the sea side and a couple of Paphos attractions. The sea side promenada is great to walk along.
The hotel is rated 5 starts, and it might be in terms of facilities, but the quality of those facilities is poor. Seems like this was a 5 start hotel once, but now it's not so much.
The breakfast food is below average, coffee is just worse.
They were painting the walls on the hallways and the smell wasn't great as there was poor ventilation.
