Location The staff I interacted with, were helpful and pleasant
Not enough staff round the pool area to help fix umberellas etc. Pretty much left to your own devices The internet in the room was poor - kept dropping out The milk in the room ( small pots) was off and the pot I opened was left on the tray for the 3 nights I was there Cheap plastic coat hangers in the wardrobe In my opinion this is a 4* not 5* hotel

The room was big, breakfast was good with lots of choices. The view from our room was amazing.
Too loudy music every evening, even with closed window we felt like we were taking part in this party till 23:00. I think this must be mentioned during booking procedure. We probably wouldn't have stayed there if we had known that.

The beds were comfortable
From the outset this is not a 5 star resort. Everything is dated, staff quite rude and unhelpful. Nothing in the gym, just mirrors and 1 set of dumbells.

The food was wonderful- all inclusive was worth it here, I especially liked the "local foods" section of the buffet. The room was very clean and comfortable and I liked that they had shampoo AND conditioner. Staff was kind and accommodating.

Location, staff the recipient ( Ksenia and Ella) and at the restaurant , the food was very good. The room was very clean and beautifully located. The walkway around the hotel was fantastic.
The cover of some of the pillows and some towels needs updating.

The staff was very helpful, let us check in early. Hotel location is very good, near the sandy beach and the promenade, which leads to the city. We booked bed&breakfast, everything was nice, without complains.

Overall clean, right on the beach (not a private beach), friendly and helpful staff, good location for a relaxed stay, the pool area had enough loungers and space
I found the food a little underwhelming - seems to cater more to the taste of the Brits. I did expect a bit more local food.

breakfast was good, rooms excellent but the rest of the hotel was tired and old fashioned, bar area had a very loud singer and we could hear conversation with our colleagues. staff were friendly and helpful, good price for what it is

Good size room with nice ensuite shower room. Pool area is nice with comfortable sun beds. Breakfast is good with plenty of choices. Only complaint was the coffee quality.
Breakfast coffee was not good and orange juice was like water but otherwise no complaints.
