It was a spacious one-bedroom apartment with a good range of facilities available and a large balcony. It was private and the bedroom had heating via a reverse AC unit. The host responded quickly to any problems.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and is in urgent need of a new mattress. The floor was very cold (January) and provision of a cheap pair of slippers (which I bought) would have been nice.

Wonderful
Great location, easy to move around. There was a market on the ground floor which was great for last minute or spontaneous food shopping. The balcony was great for breakfast and evening drinks and snacks.
Like many hotels the air-conditioning was next to the bed which makes one juggle between hot and cold turning it on and off cause otherwise it's cold air on your face which is a recipe to get sick. But not exclusive to this place.

It's very well located, close to the Old Town but also near buses that take you to the harbour.
The room was comfortable and well equipped.

Decent location about 25 minutes walking from the beach and 10 to 15 from the "old" town with great restaurants.
The goid sized apartment was very clean, and twin beds were a little firm, but the queen bed had a very comfortable topper. The shower had good pressure and hot water. Furniture is basic Ikea style in most cases but perfectly fine.
Loved the balcony and there's a big private parking lot at the back.
Valentino was great and met us witjin minutes of contacting him but would have liked a WhatsApp number ahead of time to contact him. He replied really quickly, however, so no complaints there.
There is a washine machine available for a 3 euro charge. The market just a few yards away had everything you could need, and the little one just a few feet away was convenient.
Microfiber towels feel a little odd, but they do work fine. Could use a few more implements for the kitchen and no coffee maker is a big minus.

Very good big apartment, very big terrace with 3 sunbeds. Well equipped kitchen, good supermarket nearby, location is very good, you are 20 mins walk to the old town and to the beach. Bus 610 stops near the hotel if you're not into walking.

The host was super kind and pleasant, giving me all the instructions I needed for a smooth stay. The apartment had a huge and beautiful terrace, a very spacious room, and even a window in the bathroom, which was a nice touch. The high-speed Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Overall, a wonderful experience!

I had a fantastic stay at Valentino’s apartment everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking.
The location was great too close to everything I needed, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. It was a peaceful and quiet area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Valentino was a wonderful host friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. He made check-in smooth and even shared great local recommendations, which made the experience even better.
I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Paphos. Thank you, Valentino, for such a pleasant and memorable stay!

The apartment was large. A coffee machine was provided with some pods to get started. Free water in fridge and given freely from reception on departure. Modern Aircon with separate systems in each room. Kettle. Decent TV. Extremely friendly and accommodating when I forgot to call prior to arrival. There's also a small shop right by the entrance which is extremely convenient for snacks, drinks, etc. 2 balconies, ash trays provided on both. Extremely friendly staff and owner.
Shower room a little tired and could have been a little cleaner. Not complaint worthy when considered along with the price. Could be more central but again, it would rightly be far more expensive.

In the apartment everything was as advertised. Everything worked and was clean. The Staff was waiting for us when we arrived and showed the room. Behind the building there's a safe parking space. Next to the apartment there's a supermarket. Location was nice - walkable distance to old Town, kings thombs and Pafos harbour and promenade.
Probably small refreshment of the room would be needed - chipped door frames, used furniture in the bathroom and kitchen. But overall it doesn't disturb the stay so it's rather cosmetics. World be nice to have additional pillows - those we had were quite small.
