Extremely friendly staff (especially Vasile, Alex, Mihai and the nice lady at the reception - unfortunately we do not know her name). Great dinner options - we sampled all goodies the Cyprus cuisine has to offer. Bus station in front of the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Theo Sunset Hotel in Paphos, Cyprus. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered beautiful views of the sea, especially during sunset. The friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere made it the perfect place for a holiday. If you're travelling by car, it has lots of parking spaces available and also has a minimarket which is open all day.

Good variety at breakfast and dinner. Great sunset views. Room was large and comfortable for a family of 4. Location was satisfactory but we had a car, I don't know about public transport.
Pools are a bit small and shallow, causing the water to be quite hot after noon time. Also on one of our days there, the pool was quite filthy. But OK the next day.

Cockroach in my bathroom, bright room, light of ac never goes off, old furniture, huge gap between mattress and bed frame, not many healthy options on buffets mostly fried.

The hospitality was top notch, lovely staff. Excellent services and great food. The people were lovely and welcoming. Great view too. Watching the sunset, the pool and daily cleaning made the experience whole.

We were upgraded to the Side Sea View room which was spacious and very comfortable,the view was amazing! Efficient cleaning by housekeeping every day. We booked half-board arrangement - service was efficient and views from both restaurants is absolutely stunning. Quality of the food was average but expected for the price. Reception staff was very helpful - special thanks to Alexandra who took special care of us. Overall staff is very friendly and pleasant.
