Very Good
Lovely hotel with multiple pools. Very nice staff which welcomed us and let us feel at home. Big breakfast buffet with a lot of choices. Our room was very comfy and had a lot of space with a sitting area, a kitchen and a seperated bedroom.
The room showed some signs of water damage at the outside wall. The location is not perfect next to a big street. We especially chose the location because of the `free parking, private onsite` but on our first day we were asked to park outside the hotel. However, the 3 available parking slots there were occupied most of the time so that we had to park on the streets. However, finding a parking spot on the street was not a problem.

It's a really comfortable and welcoming hotel with great food and the pool and spa facilities were excellent
We arrived in the mid afternoon but couldn't get a snack as it was between times for food , we didn't realise almost everyone there was on an all inclusive schedule

The hotel was great, staff were lovely and the breakfast was one of the best buffet breakfasts Ive had at a hotel before. Plenty of beds around the pool and everywhere was clean. The room we had was very big.
The main problem was the noise on a morning, we were in the apartments on the right as you go past reception and every morning around 8am without fail you could hear the delivery lorry pulling up and loading/unloading cages and the cleaning staff shouting, banging. It was as though the room was magnifying the sound. So no lazy lie ins this holiday.

Great pool area with nice quiet music. The staff around the pool is very service minded. The breakfast was okay. Big refrigerator in the suite. The size of the suite was good. Big parking space. Easy to get a sun bed. Nice with 3 different pools. Just a 15 min walk to the ocean and the restaurant.
The suite was a little outdated. The shower is in the bathtub and it is quite small. There was only bedlinen which was uncomfortable. There is blankets but no cover for the blankets. Not possible to eat ala carte lunch/dinner unless you have all inclusive (buffet is the only option).

Delicious food, atttentve, well trained staff, quality branded drinks, and a selection of 3 pools to use and sit around. We loved the Elegancia Pool area, tucked away and shaded by palms, so as sun worshipers spent their days around the other 2, it was quiet too, also mainly shielded from traffic noise.
Loved the spacious apartment/ room with separate lounge and exceptionally comfy beds.
A few local shops a few mins walk away.
The location not great, though a shuttle bus gets you around and about easily. If this hotel was on the beach, it would be out of our price range .. cant have everything.

Amazing friendly, hard working staff. Our cleaner was brilliant and entertaining, room 68! Fantastic food. Best we have ever had in a hotel. Room was stunning overlooking pool. Met some lovely people. Would stay again.
Spa... paid 180 for couples massage and have had better for 50.

Pretty good location, not so far away from restaurants and the harbor. Shopping mall on a walking distance, where is a supermarket (among the other shops) to buy everyday goods cheaper than local kiosks, which are nice also. There is a free shuttle bus (taxi) service to/from the hotel to a few different locations, four times in a day which was quite nice. Nice pool area. Our room (superior studio) was fantastic and value for the money. Great breakfast with "everything". Room was cleaned well everyday.
