The apartment felt like a time capsule from the 80s. The furniture looked like something from my grandmother’s house, very old and worn. The sofa and bed were uncomfortable, and the mattress was curved and uneven. The washing machine was oddly placed in the corridor, making it hard to move around. The linens and sheets were worn out and almost transparent. It was clean, but the strong smell of chlorine was unpleasant. It would have been nice to find at least a bottle of water or some complimentary instant coffee or tea — small touches that make a big difference.

I liked the high exaggerated pictures that they submitted in booking.com, that none of them are true in real life.
I will start with the hotel manager:-
1. He did not welcome us nicely.
2. Very bad attitude to the customers.
3. Angry and aggressive if you disagree with him.
You have to pay extra for the air conditioning
Which I have never experienced something like this in all my life.
The sink in the bathroom is clogged
Very slow drain.
There is no lift in the building.
You have to carry your luggage with the stairs.
There are no staff to help us with that.
The swimming pool is very dirty.
It’s my first and last time ever in Tasmaria.
Most importantly is to feel at least welcomed as tourists.
We were attacked actually from the hotel manager.

Literally nothing
I was really disappointed with my stay. The rooms didn’t feel clean or well looked after, and the location is much farther from the center than expected, which made getting around difficult. The pool was also not properly maintained, and the way guests were treated left me feeling unwelcome. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

Great value for money, nice location, and the pool and bar were also very enjoyable.
Although the kitchen had plates and cutlery, there was no sponge or anything to wash them with, nor were there paper towels or similar essentials. I believe these basic items should be provided, as it doesn't make sense for every guest to buy them just for a short stay and then throw them away.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always going above and beyond. And the swimming pool with its bar was simply amazing, the perfect spot to relax. Highly recommend!

it is very bad
they ask 8 euro daily for AC and the water is worm and you have to wait 30 minuets to run it again the pictures on booking not real, no hot water, ac 8 euro per day we got freeze the furniture to bad and the sheets and bed cover to old, as i don't recommend it even to my enemy
