Very good budget option. The staff is so kind and nice and the location is amazing. Not really sure what people who rate this bad expect. For the money you pay, you cant get any better! Plus we had a breakfast for all 8 nights.
Eggs on breakfast could be a bit more cooked.

The only thing going for this place is it's location.
Everything else. The facilities are very old and rotted out. Be careful and don't hold the railings. The couch is unusable you can feel the springs and definitely can't sleep on it. Outlets next to the the bed are ancient and can't be used. The toaster uses a different type of outlet and there was no adapter.
Big huge issue is that the toilet leaked and flooded the bathroom. Staff would not bring someone to fix it and it was maintenance staffs day off. Reception gave is additional towels to put down (only after our insistence ) and said she had to go home to move her furniture. We had to turn off the water to the toilet and use a bucket every time we used the toilet. Absolutely ridiculous. Toilet only flushed sporadically. When the maintenance came the next day he was very nice.
Others at the property had complaints as well.
Do not recommend! The pictures posted atye misleading. I would absolutely not have stayed here had I known.

Disappointing
Nothing. It’s run down and not well cared for. The maids never really cleaned my room. There were cobwebs on the bedroom ceiling and dust on the curtain valances that looked like it had been there for years. The stovetop in kitchen was a disaster and should be replaced. The upkeep on the property which still has some potential with some investment and pride of ownership in the place. Never again! Staff were nice and very apologetic but they can’t fire the maids or contract a carpenter or painter for the property!

Not much, they tried their best with the cleaning but the place is an disaster, is like my old grandma village house that she have it for 60 years and never make an improvement.
Everything, it bring me 25 years ago when i was going to the village and the toilet was outside made by wood and a hole in the middle.
For 100€ per night you acspect some nice facilities, is 100€ per night, not 40 or 50. The place more then 30€ per night didn't worth.

Friendly staff, location was good,good views and quiet
This apartment was maintained very bad, inside very dirty and even I saw small cockroach in my room.after 3 days we stayed cleaning staff changes bed,towels and swift the floors (not moping)
