The room was so nice and comfortable! It was clean and the champagne was perfect!
So we were all inclusive but I don't understand why in the Asian restaurant we were allowed only one starter each, only one main each etc etc. And since it's all inclusive why some of the cocktails are not included?
Also the quality of the food was poor. I know they feed a lot of people but they could make the quantity less and the quality better.

It was an overall nice hotel. The food was tasty, the sunsets were beautiful and the spa treatments were really amazing. The drinks were really tasty and strong ;)
The overall maintenace of the property was lacking. There was rust in our room's bathroom shower, the door hinges were almost falling out and the room is really not soundproof at all. As you could hear all conversations in the hallway and nearby rooms. The entertainment outside at night is quite loud in the room, even with closed windows. Moreover, the cleanliness of the room was mediocre. Some towels had weird stains on them and you could tell that certain corners of the bath and bedroom were dusty and not cleaned thoroughly.
The first impression we got of the food was not great. The first night wasn't very tasty and mainly british cuisine was served (we were hoping to try more local food) and we found aluminium foil in our food. Later throughout our stay the food and our overall impression improved.
Whilst the spa treatements and staff were amazing, the spa facility also lacked care. Firstly there is a steam bath and sauna, but these can only be used for a certain time when paid for extra. This surpised us a little as we usually expect that to be included in a spa resort.
Furthermore, in the Hydrotherapy pool (which you also pay for extra) there was tons of loose tiles in the pool and some of the water jets were clogged.

The bars were great, the pools were great, friendly staff.
The manager understood our issues and tried to help us, but unfortunately, there were no other rooms left.
We got a bottle of champagne and sliced fruits, but we were in a all inclusive hotel
I never had so many issues in a hotel room before:
Electricity fell off frequently, room got flooded with water after a single shower, AC was not working properly, balcony could not be closed.
I woke up at 2 AM and couldn't sleep anymore.
Our compensation was fruits and champagne bottle, in all inclusive hotel.

Excellent value for money and great that it's an adults only hotel. The food was very good with a mix of cuisines but thankfully some greek/Cypriot food included. Generally the staff were friendly and helpful.

Our vacation in this hotel was beyond our expectations! Everything was great, it looks even better in reality than in pictures. Professional staff, delicious food in the main buffet that changes every day. The wine bar and the sunset lounge were our favourite part! We had a relaxing stay here!
The black hair that other visitors have mentioned, but I think it's probably the maids, but it didn't affect our stay.
