Location is nice
The staff were shockingly rude. We had paid for our room through Booking.com several days before arrival. At check-in, the receptionist insisted that no payment had been made and demanded that we pay him directly. We contacted Booking.com support — they tried speaking with the hotel, but the staff refused to believe it was actually Booking.com calling.
The receptionist raised his voice at me, said the call was probably from “my friends,” and told us he was throwing us out of the hotel immediately. Nothing helped: not the confirmation emails from Booking.com, not the payment receipt we showed him. He seemed to have no access to the electronic system and simply decided we were scammers.
When he finally realized the payment had been made, he awkwardly tried to make up for the situation with a bottle of wine (we had actually suggested that covering our taxi to the airport would be an appropriate gesture — he laughed at that). The staff at this hotel are extremely impolite and unprofessional. I cannot recommend this place.
The location is excellent, but the entire experience was ruined by the unfriendly and aggressive treatment — and this was off-season!

The location is simply amazing, you are waking up basically on the beach. The pool area and free sunbeds with umbrellas were great. There was also a shower and easy accessible toilet and direct access to the sea. Big plus for spacious parking. Even during the day there was always at least one spot available. The harbour is just 10 minutes walk form the hotel (nice sidewalk) so if you want to go diving or go to the cruise to Blue Lagoon, it's perfect location. There is a lot of restaurant within 10 minutes walk from the hotel as well, so it's plenty of choice.
The whole hotel is a bit old and it needs general renovation. For me the most annoying thing and in my opinion easy to fix was the fridge. We had to switch it off for the night because was making very loud noise and we couldn't sleep. It was also not cooling down the drinks in the proper way. The breakfast was okay, but very basic and the coffee wasn't good. The double bed was super narrow, I think it was only 140 cm, so since we were staying in the hotel, I think that it should be at least 160 cm.

Breakfast was quite good, although very boring with exactly the same every day. Limited choice as well.
Room was on the road side of the hotel - way too noisy, especially when trucks were clearing away excavated material from the field opposite at 5 am on a Sunday morning. The ATVs were also very noisy. If you cannot get a room on the beach side, go somewhere else.

We had a wonderful dinner and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Staff were dedicated and very friendly - pool was lovely and it was very good value all together with wifi included. We would definitely go again. We enjoyed our visit. Our room faced the mountains which was fine - next time we will ask for a sea view for a change. Well done Souli Beach Hotel. Parking was plentiful.
The bed was a little hard for my liking. Everything else was great !!
