I arrived from hospital with a broken leg, and met nothing but kindness and helpfulness throughout my stay. Staff went above and beyond to help and facilitate, they were all amazing, and they work as a team - it makes a huge difference. Management has a visible presence, in a very positive manner.
Buffet breakfast, all you could think of and probably more. George, the restaurant manager, clearly has 5* training - everyone benefits, it all flows seamlessly.
My room was excellent, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud (I wanted to bring the pillows home), housekeeping staff were fantastic, they were so kind and thoughtful - special thanks to Ireema, who made me a towel elephant (photo attached), it made my day!
It's exceptional value for what's provided, lots of detailing. On the whole it punches way above its weight - highly recommended!

All the complex was very clean and organized.
The pools were nice and clean.
The location is little bit farther from the beach but traveling with kids it wasn’t important.

old, full, laud, they gave us suit with the main hotel entrance view, they gave us suit opposite the elevator, paid sauna, gym in the cellar, swimming pools small, over crowded, covered pool is not possible to swim in, everything old and not very clean

Literally I can’t find anything to complain about. Very clean, room service daily, staff friendly, there was no problem with anything, early check in - done, late check out - done, asked for room near each other with my friends- done. Extremely tasty food, good choice, fresh vegetables, dinner different every night. Alright animations, not bad finding bed near the pool everyday. Good WiFi; close to the city centre, nice small shop in the hotel with good prices. 10 out of 10!
Very minor, hairdryer placed underneath the mirror desk with very short cable, you nearly have to sit on the floor to dry your hair.

The room was renovated and clean.
Kids friendly. The aqua park was very nice. They have activities for the kids and grass for them to play
The lounge was giving vibrant 2000. I think it's worthing to renovate it. They did not offer bottle of water in the room.
The food was terrible, disgusting. Worst food I have ever tried at a hotel. We booked half board but we had to pay extra for the water and soft drinks.

I could not fault the property the staff were excellent, the pools and facilities were fantastic.
There is only one point I can pick up about this property and it was the number of toilets they have. Especially in the evening there are only two toilets in the reception area so people tended to have to queue in the evening. There was no other things I did not like about the property.

We booked one room number but hotel offers 2 rooms apartment. Everything was perfect only bath towels was very old, and colour was dirty white.
