On the positive side, the entertainment team was excellent. The staff were professional, friendly, and especially wonderful with children. Their attitude and energy really added positively to our stay.
Another thing worth mentioning is the hotel towels, especially the pool towels. Many of them looked very old and worn out — with loose threads, holes, tears, and even stains. In our opinion, this is not something that matches the standard expected from a hotel of this level.
Overall, we had a good stay and there are definitely positive aspects to this hotel, but I would also like to share a few honest points that could improve the guest experience.
We upgraded to the Platinum package, which is definitely worth it and does improve the overall experience. However, at almost every bar we had to remind the staff about the upgrade, and cocktails were still often prepared using the basic alcohol selection. It felt like the staff were not always properly informed about guests who upgraded their package.
Regarding the restaurants, we discovered that some of them operate only on specific days. If I’m not mistaken, this information was not clearly mentioned during the booking process on Booking.com. On some days this leaves guests mainly with the central dining hall as the primary option.
The dining hall itself offers a very large variety of food, and you can clearly see the effort from the staff to keep everything organized, clean, and visually appealing. There is a wide selection including fish, chicken, beef, pork, and lamb. Unfortunately, while the selection was impressive, we personally found that many dishes lacked flavor.

Everything exceeded our expectations—the facilities and offerings were excellent, but above all, the outstanding service from every member of the staff, from reception and guest relations to the entertainers and waiters, truly made our experience unforgettable.
Only that the kids beds in the family room were extremely hard as it was just a sheet over the hard couch.

It was a very good stay for our family. The snack bar was amazing, always a choice for kids and adults. It is a very nice compact hotel. The staff was very helpful.
There was noise coming into room from the lobby area especially when people gathered and noisy.

Pool, very kid friendly, pool kid area with pirate ship, food was excellent, we had all inclusive and it was worth it also fun going to the restaurant. Good entertainment. Always something going on .

The pools are great, good food, a lot of variety. Good value for money! very nice staff
Shows are late in the evening so if you are with small kids it's after their bed time. Room is pretty crowded for a family, but it does have a sperate area for kids beds so that is very nice. Also the kids club is without parents and my 4 years old didn't want to go without me.

A perfect vacation for families, plenty of fun and activities including kids club and pool parties and activities. The staff was kind, lovely and helpful. The food was great and varied through all day. Perfect location on the broad walk next to the sea and the water activities along the shore.

The staff was great, smiling and helpful. We added late check out and we got to use all the facilities until we left to the airport, including extra dinner.
The only thing that was not perfect was the balcony. It didn't bother me that much, just not perfect :)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel!
The location is excellent, the facilities are diverse, and there is plenty to do for children. The room was spacious and comfortable, everything was clean and well maintained, even if the property is a little bit older.
What truly made our vacation special was the staff – their personal attention, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond are something you don’t usually find, especially not in a large hotel chain. We felt cared for on every level.
