Excellent for families with children. If you want a quiet adults only holiday this is not the place for you. It's a really lovely hotel, clean, great food all day long.

The hotel stuff were very friendly.
They always cared about us.
The food was good, with large verity of it.
The rooms a clean and the cleaning stuff doing a great job.
There is 2 pools on the premises, the inside pool was great, offering a steam rooms and a jacuzzi.
The outside pull offering water activities, a pool bar and a place to take a rest with a breez from the sea.
Nothing special, didn't had any in mind.
But the only thing i will add is that i would be happy to see the rooms little bit renovated.
And please add a way to block the light from the window inside the restroom. Specialy when someone using the restroom or the shower at night he will definitely wake the room up.

The hotel overall and the pool area are both very nice.
The staff was very freindly and welcoming especially Sabine the Hotel Manager
Food varies from day to day and was very good!
A cockroach came out from a hole in the wall under the sink in my room. Didn't make my last night very comfortable. Pool area super crowded

The location was great and the price was good for an all inclusive.
We wouldve preferred adults only as empty nesters too many kids running around the restaurants touching food.

The swimming pool was ok.
The food was good.
The staff were below average. No porters when you ask for one. Rooms had hardly no cupboard space to put your clothes.
Beach was non existent as per the photos on booking. Com... Very deceiving.

I can't imagine how anyone can skip the hotel and reserve in a different place! I will definitely come next year!
The pools are super clean, the kids pool is much fun ! My two daughters loved it. The all inclusive package is amazing! The snacks , the bar and the food is perfect!
Also, the activities they do is super fun, pool volleyball, beach volleyball, dancing in the water,nights shows like magic show , kabraneh dancing,kids shows! I loved the experience.

Clean hotel, 3 pools( large, kids, pirate ship), large variety of food and drinks, close to the beach, enough beach beds
Opening hours of pools and kids club are unsuitable for little kids (09:30), thin hotel walls with constant music outside, meat dishes not very tasty, almost no shade anywhere
