Wonderful location, close to Paphos, fantastic view to the bay and hills, nice promenade to walk in the evening, amazing sunsets. Very clean, rooms were cleaned and towels changed every day, you can take pool towels from the reception for free. Delicious food, especially dinners, each day another cuisine (italian, greek, asian, Mexican, BBQ).
Hairdryer in the room, not in the bathroom. No ventilation in bathroom.

The breakfast and dinner was amazing! The stuff was very very polite and respectful. I will come back again cause of the location as well!
It was a bit of loud from the music night and knockin on the walls by the customers. Other than that hotels should annotated their program in someway on booking details about the hotel programs or entertainment shows so customers can choose the right dates or rooms sides ! Anyhow it was a nice experience.

I loved the location, especially the views and the small golf where you could swim. Breakfast was also very good and even had buffe lunch one day with lots of great options and reasonable prices.
You need to take two bus if you want to visit Pafos. It is not very difficult though

Wonderful
Our room opened up to the seafront view and it was so relaxing and calming. Staff was super friendly and helpful and the location was just stunning. Great for long walks with the sound of waves crashing on the rocks.
There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The pool and the pool area was lovely. And the sunset view was amazing. The cleaning staff were very efficient and our room was cleaned every day.
The towels were mostly old and had a strange smell but were changed as often as needed. The room's balcony did not have a sun roof - all balconies are totally sun exposed.

The location is amazing, the facilities are also good although in need of modernisation.
There are small things that might matter which I came across after staying in other 4 star hotels.
1. There is no ventilation in the bathroom which means the days with high humidity will take much longer for the mirror to dry.
2. Beach towels are too small for sunbed. Setting this aside you need to pay to exchange it after daily use or use it again.
3. Bed was too hard and not very comfortable
4. Food very mainstream 80's hotel. Very greasy and low quality including tea and coffee.
5. Swimming pool is nice but the area around in a visible need of cleaning. In a pool I cought on my leg a strains of hairs.

another big problem was the lack of air conditioning in the public areas, especially in the dining room - take a table outside if you can. in the rooms it was amazing.
the beach doesnt have sand so it was a little disappointing for our children, but there is nothing to be done.

Very Poor
Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing and this hotel does not reflect 4-star standards, especially considering the €200 per night rate.
The room was not properly cleaned, with stains on the curtains, bedsheets, and even on the walls. The bathroom was very small with a low ceiling, which felt uncomfortable, and the shower amenities were of very poor quality.
The pool was too small for the number of guests, making it difficult to enjoy. Breakfast was also below expectations: the bread was not fresh, the chocolate spread was not Nutella but a poor imitation, and even though food variety existed, the overall quality and taste were very low.
Overall, we felt the price did not match the experience, and we would not recommend this property.

Everything was great! Clean, excellent food [we had halfboard option], the location and view is breathtaking, we love our staying there and that is why we keep coming back for vacations @ QBH.
